It was kind of confusing. I thought the membership and discount can be claimed easily but there were many steps to follow in order to get the said benefits for the customers. I also thought that it is a one time pay to claim but I was wrong, as far as i can remember, I paid twice and it is also said that they’re gonna deduct my bank account for the next month for renewal, and i dont want that since I’m still a student. That is why I’m asking for cancellation and a refund since there are a lot of other fees need to pay for it to continue benefiting the membership.

Some difficulties during the returning process, but in the end they solved my problem.

I unintentionally subscribed to a website service and after that I contacted the support team to guide me in solving the problem. Initially, they were reluctant, but they offered me other options that later did not help me. However, with the help of the escalation team, the problem was solved, and I appreciate that in the end the team proved correctness and professionalism.

Unexpected debit order went off my account. Cancelled immediately, requested refund, said no refund can be made, but after many months suddenly a refund is available

Do not purchase anything from them! They were advertising Judy Blue jeans. I ordered a pair of their advertised Judy Blue jeans, however, several weeks later received an off-brand of jeans and not the Judy Blue's that were advertising. As soon as I saw the jeans, I wanted to return them for a full refund. I was not able to "connect" with anyone from this company even though I tried for months. Now I am stuck with $50 off-brand jeans that are not good quality. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

I saw an add through social media and the item was £50 off so I thought to buy this item as it was a bargain, to then find out soon as I paid for It there was an error on the page and nothing was working even though they had taken my money.
I had contacted them for them to say they don’t do refunds and telling me that I didn’t buy an item that had I signed up for a membership which was far from the truth.
I then found out they took more money days later, I’ve had to contact my bank to try and get my money back and also stop them from taking more of my money.
Every time I did end up talking to a person on the live chat there were different names Kay, joie and Jose but all with the same photo

They’re biggest scammers ever. Please don’t trust them . They’re advertising on Facebook for attacks people . It like juicer machine €9.99 EUR. When you ordered them. They’ll say to they don’t selling like offering products. They’ll take your money but don’t send you anything.Fortunately and unfortunately , it’s all fake and cheating.
