We notify each company added that they will be included in the database based on the legitimate interest principle and that they have multiple options to stop this or to ask to be deleted at any time. Our team takes these requests very seriously and operates them as soon as they are received. We have been in business for over 15 years helping wine producers but the majority of the importers and distributors are also happy to be featured in the BestWineImporters database as they receive interesting, strictly B2B offers.

This company is in breach of GDPR regulations.
They run a bot through the internet to bank email address from companies that they *think* are wine importers, and then sell on the email list to wine companies.
We have not consented to sign up to this list, or for our details to be sold onto a 3 party, yet they continue to do so even though we have asked to be taken off their list.
