My husband dealt with this company yesterday. When ordering glasses the online system tries to force you to order a further two pairs. When CAREFULLY reading the order confirmation it became apparent that this company has subscribed me to a monthly VIP club and will be commencing a monthly payment collection. I at no time agreed to this.
Contacted them immediately and requested cancellation of order and subscription.
Received generic emails attempting to placate and advise matter would be escalated for consideration.
In fact received emails confirming order was being dispatched and subscription set up.
Have emailed I. Response and received further generic sounding replies.
This is extremely frustrating and feels like a total scam and dishonest behaviour.

Glasses did not work as claimed.
Shipped back as per Besymer return instructions and the return was refused.
Took forever to get credit card charge refunded. Had to keep contacting for refund to be finally be issued after numerous excuses for refund not being issued.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH AN ONLINE PURCHASE!

I received my glasses and the looked the bees knees put them on and could not see the TV, read a book or see accross the road they were not as advertised please issue refund .

hello. I order the glasses on Feb 22, and then canceled my order within 2 hrs . They still charge my credit card the full amount of $113.83. Now , 2 1/2 weeks later I AM STILL waiting for the refund, and they stated that the refund process will be handled by a specialist team ,who will review the charges and will decide if the refund is APPLICABLE. Can you believe this . What a SCAM.

I ordered a pair of glasses and it took almost 3 weeks to get them. I didn't read the fine print about the subscription but I was able to cancel before I got charged. At first I wasn't liking the glasses I got because it didn't live up to the description it promoted. But I kept using them and I think my eyes adjusted to them and they work fine for me now. However I could have got better from Amazon for way cheaper.

My complaint is Besyner's return policy. They are very helpful in the beginning of the return process. They are so happy to help. I received a return address and they wanted a tracking number. I provided this information for them. I mailed the glasses, a week later I get my package back. "RETURN TO SENDER". I sent an e-mail asking why. Then the "gas lighting" starts. Oh gosh, don't we all hate it when things don't work out as planned. It seems that returns are not accepted in Illinois as first instructed. You have to send them to an address in Colorado. If you keep playing this return with Besyner, at $8.30 per mailing, it isn't long before you have spent the orginal cost of the glasses in postage. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BESYNER.

Be very very wary about your purchase from this company, particularly glasses.
The time to deliver is not 2 days and litter update is offered, so you begin to wonder if it is a scam company. 2 weeks and still waiting for delivery if my glasses ever do come

Made a order then found out about very bad reviews, cancelled within ten minutes, promised free postage , but they arrived anyway , absolute rubbish,have been trying for a refund, I have now handed it to my bank to sort out the amount they deducted,scam !

I stupidly bought a single pair of glasses. They took two weeks to arrive and they are not as described! They pinch my nose and slide down my nose, they're heavy, the style is really ugly and I don't see any better than with my drugstore glasses.
Add to the above, the outrageous monthly charge for the "subscription" that I wasn't able to opt out of! I've contacted my bank and I WILL contact the Attorney General for my state. This is blatant FRAUD!
There was no paperwork with the glasses, no way to contact this sham of a company! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

Hello, I was hoping for more than I got. From the start I feel I was deceived. When purchasing the option for a great discount on multiple pairs of glasses was offered. I did not get the discount and was upsold a VIP package, that I didn’t want. That delivery was delayed three weeks. Which is annoying considering I could get a similar product from Amazon in two days. The style of glasses also was not for me. I have since returned the glasses, hoping for a full refund.

As with many of these reviews I ordered two pairs of glasses, which I have not received and I was signed up to VIP membership without my knowledge. Although Besyner have said that this is upfront I saw nothing to suggest this when I made the purchase and would definitely not have signed up voluntarily. I do not wish this to carry on but to cancel this it requires an order number. I have never had an email confirmation (I have checked Spam and Trash as well as my inbox), so I have no record of a confirmation number. I also wish to cancel my order for the two pairs of glasses as I have never had a receipt or confirmation of the order. The company has provided me with no email address, telephone number or any other means of contact.
The glasses actually arrived late this afternoon after I had posted the above comments. The glasses are very poor quality and unwearable. No information about the company was included. How do I return the unusable glasses and claim a refund? I have also instructed my bank to cancel the unexpected additional payment and I am about to initiate a claim for false representation of the quality and deducted an unauthorised payment.

The glass took a long time to ship from China.
I've cancelled membership 3 times, but never received a confirmation e-mail. The following month they charged me a monthly membership of $29.95.
I contacted the company and complained they told me they would investigate but haven't heard anything yet.

Glasses are just a plastic, worth nothing. Then they set us up with monthly subscription charges every month. Others say they have talked to them, I have found no way to call them and it keeps costing me every month. Big Scam, we work hard for out money and I should have known better than to fall for this. Can't reach anyone to cancel they have no interest in helping.

I ordered 1 pair of glasses, and I saw near to checlout and added x2 pairs of glasses and a member of their exclusive VIP Club. I could not remove this, so I closed the page. I never realised that I filled in all my details inclucluding my Credit Card.
Soon after, I received a text message from my Credit Card company, the Fraud Dept!
I explained everything, and to my findings, they have issued a block payment. The next day, I checked emails, and I saw 2 emails from them saying they have been shipped.
