After winning several bets on the platform, I was suddenly asked to complete a KYC verification, even though the platform explicitly advertises that no KYC is required. Nevertheless, I complied and submitted all requested documents. The verification process took three days.
Once the KYC was completed, I requested a withdrawal. The platform states that withdrawals are instant, yet my withdrawal remained pending for 72 hours. During this period, I contacted customer support daily and was repeatedly told that the withdrawal would be processed “today.”
Before finally processing the withdrawal, the platform asked me to complete KYC again, even though I had already done it. This clearly demonstrates that they do not properly track user verification and operate in a very unprofessional manner.
After one full week, I finally received my withdrawal.
However, one day later, the platform closed my account, claiming that I am from a country they do not accept. This justification is false and inconsistent:
Their Terms and Conditions do not state any restriction regarding my country.
When I asked for clarification, they claimed my country is on the FATF blacklist, which is factually incorrect, and I provided proof of this.
After that argument failed, they changed their explanation and claimed that they do not accept players from Africa.
Again, this rule is nowhere mentioned in their Terms and Conditions. It appears they are inventing arbitrary and discriminatory rules after the fact simply to justify closing accounts of players who win.
When I asked how to submit a formal complaint or escalate the issue, the platform informed me that they have no regulator.
This behavior is extremely concerning and strongly suggests a shady and unregulated platform that targets winning players and creates excuses to remove them.
Update: They do accept players from Africa, but they do not mention it anywhere

One thing i enjoy about this sportsbook i can see my limits of every bet before placing. Odds always pop up quick too compared to competitors.

No payout. Asked for sensitive personal information that I refused. Website seems fraudulent as their are no phone numbers, physical address and any other way to get in touch.
