STAY AWAY – BANNED FOR LIFE AFTER WINNING ------
I WON A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY on Bet365 — and suddenly my account was “under review.”
I received a phone call where I was asked several questions. Shortly after that, I was told I had not answered some questions “CORRECTLY” and my account was PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
NO clear explanation.
NO detailed reasoning.
NO proper opportunity to clarify.
Just a LIFETIME BAN.
The timing speaks for itself — everything was fine UNTIL I WON BIG.
A permanent ban is an EXTREME measure. The complete lack of transparency and communication is very concerning. Players deserve clear written explanations and fair treatment, especially when significant sums are involved.
If you are thinking about playing here: BE VERY CAREFUL.
If you win big, don’t assume you will simply be paid and continue playing without issues.
Based on my experience: I would strongly reconsider depositing money here.

Restricted my account for absolutely no reason at all, I didn't bet a lot, neither did I win a lot, been with them for years, all of a sudden That's it finished, no answer from them,, a bloody disgrace, went to Ladbrokes a much better company

They were good until I had two winning years and then they restricted my bets to £5. Appalling that I bookmaker is allowed to behave like this when people have a winning streak - To be honest the TOTE offer a much better deal and they contribute a fair chunk back to racing

This issue has been on hold for too long.
I have identified myself with Full Name, Date of Birth and Address, and there is an issue on Live Chat not recognizing my Address.
It is ridiculous how easy I could make a deposit and the account to be blocked right away and no support at all from this company to fix this issue.
I understand that client must identify 100% correctly, and I am sure I did, but there is not so a little effort to help your customers. It is a big SCAM!

bet365 is making millions from changing odds after the bet has been placed! thisisgambling.com has recently uploaded a real life story of a user whos multiple bets have been changed and lots of money lost. thisisgambling.com is the only company that that is trying to help those customers, while gambling commission is allowing this crime to take place.

Absolute SCAM. Stay away they let you deposit 500 euro and then block your account. for the next 2 weeks you will get same answer that department is working on that. Bunch of thieving c.nts . How come such a scam gained a license? Unibet is level above that crap betsite that are stealing from people.

Pathetic and stupid verification process one that I have never come across before not even the Dutch loterij are this hard to get onto.

So last night @ 21:49 I got a msg stating my account was blocked because my residence permit did not have my BSN number on even though you can clearly see its issued in the Netherlands and matches all of the data in my British passport… still to now they’re not accepting it just get the same stupid answers from them. They’re stressful to deal with and don’t care they’ll just block you even though you’ve provided legitimate documentation. I have provided a proof of address (phone bill) passport (Dutch residence permit) letter from municipality to go with it, European health insurance card and still they’re being difficult about it what more does a person literally need to give. Do they want your arms and legs too??

They then asked me to provide letters from the municipality to prove I am a resident in NL, which and I did not receive a response regarding this, shame on them for these PATEHTIC and stupid rules!!!!!

I’m massively put off ever using them again now if they’re lucky.
