DO NOT BUY OCTOSNIFF!!! The support is disrespectful and useless, you have to spend 3 hours decumentation on their website to configure the software so that in the end it does not work!! you can ask for help from the support but all they will tell you is to read the documentation on the site. today I changed my motherboard and my account was blocked because they thought I had shared my account (which is of course forbidden) I explained the problem to the support and asked for my account to be unbanned and they told me that I had to pay $5 to unblock it. a shame! use PCPS its free and 20 times easier to use

I have been using octosniff since 2020 and the first year was great everything worked but ever since 2021 nothing has worked and everytime you talk to any customer service they treat you horribly, theyre very rude, and act like youre stupid, if you ask them a question instead of them doing their job they will reply in a sarcastic way or tell you to go to support that takes minimum 24 hours to get back to you, you might get help in the discord but you will get made fun of and the admins will reply with really short responses and act like youre supposed to know everything, this website used to be so much better but now its horrible and I would not recommend buying at all, you have to buy the software then buy more software just to be able to use it for a limited time, theyre just taking money from people and its not worth it at all.

the program doesn't work, and when you ask for support, they will just say " nah it works for me " or " check support page " that does not mean anything and the support is the worst i've ever seen, i asked if i could pull server ip on ps5, he said " check support page " ( THERE ARE 20 SUPPORT PAGES ) and i told him " you can say yes or no " and he timeouted me for 7 days, 7 days where i can't ask for support, the staff team doesn't answer dms. worst people i've ever seen. DON'T BUY

Just bought it and got locked. Contacted the support and got treated like an idiot. They should have some respect for paying costumers. Just based on that ill spend my money elsewhere.

It worked for a bit but it stopped working when Microsoft patched their servers. They claim they're working on a magical workaround but it'll never happen, they just want to milk the rest of it dry. The support people are SUPER rude and short tempered. I've only ever asked for help twice and both times they respond with poor grammar and spelling, and they'll make small comments as if you're stupid or just not respond if they don't like the question. That's probably the worst thing about this service. The guys are just mad they thought they'd make more money from this scheme and it was shortlived, now they need real jobs but don't have any job experience.

Octosniff is the best IP Sniffer and have a good service for this price, I Like that and this help me everyday to booting Kids :)

Let me tell you this, this software is lit and makes it simple to use for the user, the support man do a sick job with guiding you through any errors so I would deffo recommend buyin if it’s caught your eye

Ever since i purchased this product the staff and support have been nothing but amazing help and i would 100% say this is the best ip sniffer i used and totally recommend this product.

Octosniff is a really great IP sniffer! It’s very quick and easy to setup. The addons are amazing for a very low price. I’ve only had minor issues and the staff were quick to respond. All the staff members are quick to reply and very friendly! Especially the big boy chief admin. I would 100% recommend this product to everyone else.

If you are looking for a network sniffer, for PS4/PS5, PC or Xbox One look no further OctoSniff has it all "Username Decryption" On all 3 platforms more so for PC and PS4 has more options since Microsoft have made most games dedicated P2P so players do not show up having said that OctoSniff still has decryption available for Xbox on certain games, also having a Discord with any concerns you have with the tool could be a question, suggestion or there is even a 24 hours support chatbox on the website where if the staff are not available the automated messages help over 99% of issues. I recommend this 100% always updating and upgrading for the best experience for the customers. Now my ice cream is melting so I am gonna leave it there!

Octosniff is the best IP sniffer for ps4, xbox, pc. It is way better than LANC, and %100 worth it. The only bad thing, is that the IPs have a delay on appearing, The delay is around (1-3 seconds), but is great. If you are planning on buying octosniff, my recommendation is YES.

Octosniff is an amazing tool, despite its an illegal tool I’m not gonna be extra nice to try and win but it’s an amazing product if you know how to use it.even if you don’t they have amazing staff to help you always. so if you are going to buy octosniff I recommend it!

One of the best things you could buy and it’s not that expensive you can do so many cool things you have party tools game tools and ip lookups and that has there own tools too I bought all of there products and I love them you also get lifetime things which is super Dope and I would 100% recommend buying there products trust me you’ll love it and there’s nothing like this anywhere else

Octosniff is by far the best software out there, the support staff help whenever you need it. If it’s 2am you got that support 100% it’s also very cheap plus you get lifetime! If you get the bigger package (the ultimate) it comes with some add ons so that is the one anyone should go with! Octosniff is NOT a scam because the funny thing is before I bought it I was hesitant as well! But I trusted the site I haven’t had a problem since! I’ve had octo for at least almost a year and it hasn’t let me down since and not to mention the dev team is always working on octo and keeping it up to date!

Ive been using Octosniff for some time now, its been a all around great service stable reliable amazing! tool great for all uses and deffo gets my 100% approval i recommend buying for sure dont hold back on a beast of a tool like this! :)

This is a terrible product, has completely messed up my entire console, the customer service is crap as it says there is support online but nobody answers.

The product does not do as advertised and you pay for the software and then have to pay again to use the software, they offer a non refundable product that doesnt work it is a complete SCAM! do not purchase this product it will damage you computer and any console you have too!
