I will never get the pants I ordered
I truly can’t believe the horrible service I’ve received from this company after all the glowing reviews I’ve heard.
I ordered two pairs of pants the first week of April. Tomorrow is June 1. After about two weeks of no movement on the package, I reached out to the team who apologized and told me there were delays due to warehouse issues and my order would ship mid May.
Third week of may I email them and they tell me both items are still out of stock and one of them has no expected refill date (so literally zero delivery timeline they can give me). They say the other pair of pants will ship end of month and I’ll get an email when my order has shipped.
Well, it’s end of the month and still no movement and no notification or timeline of when or if I can actually expect to receive this order.
At this point I doubt I will ever receive either pair and will likely cancel. Don’t order from beta brand if you ever want to actually receive your products.
Outside of that I just want to note that the same pants I ordered have been being actively sold on their website with no notice that they’re “out of stock”. Don’t know what’s going on here but clearly they have shady business practices.
40+ days still no product
Placed order April 25 for 2-3 business day delivery. Reached out for update end of April, told issues at warehouse and will ship mid-May. It is now May 24, still no order and no update. Will never use again.
Was charged for my order
Was charged for my order, but never received an order confirmation. Waited four days ,emailed customer service, they responded with an order number. Waited another 10 days ,with nothing. Was instructed to download special app to access their tracking service. The app showed no shipping confirmation. 7 more days had passed, I emailed again, and then suddenly received a shipping confirmation. As of today's date I have still not received the plants. I thought I ordered with plenty of time to wear them on a May 18th.
expect delays
I expect delays with preorders, but supposedly in stock sale items should not have much delay in shipping given the EXTREMELY generous and liberal shipping times stated on the website. I love the items I have bought/received, but the wait for processing, handling and shipping is ludicrous.
I do find the prices to be extremely high, for the items. But they are well made if you can get them into your hands.
Most inconvenient brand of all time
Products are decent but very overpriced. They have frequent “sales” but they’re eternally out of stock on anything that isn’t an XXS OR 4XL, so all the “sales” are a joke. The only way to get an average size is to purchase when it’s available for preorder and then wait 6-10 months to receive it, but you can bet they will charge your card immediately. By the time your preordered items arrive, you could be a totally different size, but good luck exchanging because you guessed it—everything is out of stock.
Long time customer here..
Long time customer here... things have changed, and not for the better.
Betabrand used to be known for great customer service, superb quality and pants that fit. Well, no more. The last thing I could get there was a pair of jeans, and that's all I have anymore.
Their "sales" never have anything in my size, and what they have in my size? It is in hideous pastel colors. Did you hear the 80s haven't returned? There's a reason for that! Same reason why a lot of 80s hairdos haven't made a comeback, Betabrand!
Stop advertising sales that never have anything for your average-sized people--14/16. There's never anything left for us.
The pants are great, customer service is not.
The pants are great, the customer service is horrible. My probably 5th order from this company went missing and I reached out to the company. A third party shipping service replied and jerked me around for more than a month before I demanded a refund because, by that point, the style was sold out of my size.
DON'T BUY
Ordered a pair of dress up black pants. Wore 4 times, once a month for a special occasion, and threads started peeling on the butt cheek area. Reached out and they won't do anything about it, Don't waste your $60-70 for these!
Sooo disappointing
Sooo disappointing! I've had 2 prs. of the dress yoga pants in long and they are divine. I believe they changed their website because I used to be able to open their email and what I had ordered would pop up so I'd know what size to order again. That no longer happens; my account states "invalid" yet to open a new one it states I already have an account; can't log in with a password as that's invalid too. No live person at customer service # any more just some dumb robot that repeats her question. So sad as these pants are incredible. Left an email message and no response. Hope they get their act together. Want to order again.
Meh. They're okay.
I've ordered from Betabrand twice. I really do like the pants, but their shipping is atrocious. It's bad enough that I likely won't order again. Waiting 4 weeks to receive 2 pairs of pants is far too long. If you're going to order, expect to wait a long time to receive them. I wouldn't recommend buying them as a gift because the shipping is so unpredictable. The first time I ordered them, they took so long that by the time I received them, I'd forgotten I ordered them.
Also, even though they are nice looking pants, they are desperately overpriced. I only purchase what I can get on sale and would tell anyone else do the same.
5 Stars for excellent customer service
Problems with my order: When I started a return process, the item was not eligible for returns. I absolutely would have noticed a detail like that when ordering. One email to customer service and I had a free return label within 6 hours. After waiting 30 days for delivery of the other item, I asked customer service to cancel the order. Had my Paypal refund that day. No communication beforehand from Betabrand about the delay. Too much trouble to deal with this company, but appreciate the great customer service.

VERY disappointed in the website
VERY disappointed in the website, the customer service and the stock status. None of the 'new customer' discounts worked, the things that were supposedly in stock on the sale would not load, and customer service only got back to me after two days and reaching out in every contact method available.

they take your money but will not ship the items
They shipped my items a month after I ordered them, and 2 weeks after I filed a dispute with my credit card.
Never received my yoga pants from Betabrand
Ordered 2 pairs of pants online on Nov. 7 and was told they would arrive by Nov. 19.
No response to my emails as the tracking number says it is in Compton and has been for the past several days.
When you call their customer service, there is a message that says they no longer take phone calls. You have to email. However, 3 emails later- no response aside from the first, saying they received the email.
Something has gone shady with this company.
Buyer beware.
