Betano has become a scam. If you win, it will take days at least to get your money. Customer service is an absolute joke, 0 help. It says 30 minutes for withdrawal, I've been waiting 2 days and still nothing. Contacted customer service, oh they haven't got to your ticket yet be patient. Scamming SOB's

No -- I am not a sore loser. This is a gambling site, I get how it works. This is about how dirty they are in terms of running their business.

ZERO issues on Fanduel, DraftKings, 7-Bit Casino, Bet365, Stake.com, Betty... the list goes on. So, if this is too long and you don't want to read it, close the page and go to one of those sites! Fast payouts, fair play. They are not broke like Betano. They don't need to make BS excuses to hold your money (probably trying to invest it, lost money, and now I have to suffer until they can use my money to get back to line level).

Just joined Betano a week ago to take advantage of a sign-up bonus. They way they gobble up your money but keep moving the goalposts when it comes time to withdraw your winnings is a sight to behold. No integrity.

And what's scarier, their reputation apparently precedes them. Many other comments on here and on Reddit echo the same sentiment... they don't pay!

Their customer service support seems nice, they're trained to BS you perfectly just to stall. I did KYC, they approved it before I even made my first deposit. After depositing like $60 worth of funds I regained and tried to withdraw $82 in two withdrawals ($64 and $18, respectively).

They waited 24h just to tell me that I need to upload a bank statement (my name, account details, and bank details were at the top of the first page). Then, 48hrs later, they approved it. Then, later that same day, they asked for the impossible --- an alternate bank statement from the same bank. What do they want me to do? Criminally implicate myself by forging a fake statement? Like the other disgruntled guy on here said, banks only issue one kind of bank statement. If they were in compliance with Ontario regulations, you'd think they would know that.

They just want to stall/move the goalposts for 72 more hours. Ridiculous! And they admitted that both times the requests were due to a "technical glitch" on THEIR end... whatever that means.

I have still not received my money. They won't take any accountability even though the "technical glitches" are their fault as per their admission, they leave you in the dark, they don't even offer any recompense for the inconvenience and bad first impressions they cause, and they clearly don't care to respond to any complaints on TrustPilot like all the legitimate casinos/sportsbooks do.

Stay away from Betano! As soon as I get my money, if I ever DO get my money, I will close my account and remain loyal to the other casinos. What a nightmare.

Awful casino company. Dead spins after dead spins, no bonus and when you eventually get one, gives you very little. Would stay from this casino.

Looks classy, but the lobby lags at peak hours and search keeps missing obvious titles. Live chat queue sat at “40+ minutes”.

I opened an accountant here over 6 months ago. I have played for the past 6 months and deposited over and over and over. Not once, and I mean once have I ever even won one single dollar. This is extremely impossible to play for that long and to deposit thousands of dollars and never win a thing? This kind of stuff has nothing to do with luck. The meaning of gambling is that you gamble your money and you have a chance at winning. You do not have a chance at winning when it is controlled gaming. So in fact it's not gambling it's basically theft. I honestly wouldn't recommend in here because you know if you can spend that amount of money and 6 months and never went anything on any games no matter what you play no matter what bed amount and especially when you play the exact same game you've played for 15 years.
