Update:
I tried to file a complaint with Curacao gaming authority where Betcoin has a gambling license. They have made a recent policy change that they would not get involved with players vs companies disputes. Already there is shadow over the reputation of Gambling companies registered in Curacao. This heavily biased approach by the Gaming Authority just had made the matters worse.

Once they have flagged my review for harmful and inappropriate content I have been tracking this review page for the past 3 days. Every time their Trustpilot rating has gone below 4.0 they have flagged reviews (around 3-5 reviews) which had 1 star rating to keep it above 4.0 stars.

Why trustpilot review system is not taking this into account?

Still no proper steps are taken by Betcoin to resolve my issue.

After I have been fighting to keep my review for the past two weeks their TrustPilot ratings have dropped from 4.2 to 3.8

I'm new to crypto betting. I was looking for a good website to bet using crypto and somehow found this site.

I primarily play cricket bets and a lucky streak occured.

I didn't win any huge sum. I might have probably won about a decent 500-1000 USD. This wasn't won on a single bet.

I think I have used this website for about two weeks and have placed 30-40 sports bets during this time.

All of a sudden I was unable to login to this website. I contacted the customer support and got the usual reply of contacting the email support.

By this time I had a balance of 500 usd and 600 usd in pre match bets

To my shock I received a threatening email as shared below

Suspicion of money laundering or funds having been obtained by illegal activity
Use of adevice, bot or software to place bets or interfere with any transactions occurring at Betcoin.ag

I wish I could give this site zero stars. It's a pure scam.

I made my first deposit of $100 on March 17, 2025, played, and won $300. However, when I tried to withdraw, my request was rejected. A few hours later, I checked my account, and my balance was suddenly $0. I logged out and tried to log back in, but received a "server error" message.

When I reached out to customer support, they told me to email for login issues. I have yet to receive a response.

Today, I tried logging in again, and now it says "This account is disabled." I contacted customer support over 6 hours ago, but still no reply.

Regarding the bet I placed, I was on the Padova vs US Pergolettese match, betting on over 2.5 goals in the last minutes when the score was 1-1. Padova, fighting for automatic promotion, couldn’t afford to drop any points, especially with title contenders Vicenza winning. I expected them to go all-out attack for that 2nd goal. They ended up winning 2-1 away from home, and with Pergolettese down to 10 men, it felt like a solid bet.

After emailing them about my account being locked, I got a reply that made absolutely no sense and was incredibly unprofessional. Here's the response:

I registered a new account and deposited, but my account got blocked next day and I panicked. Then I wrote to support and they helped me relatively fast. I see a lot of reviews here about this happening to a lot of people. For me they unblocked my account and was able to withdraw my inital deposit, but I couldn't pass the kyc they asked for id and tax papers, which I'm not comfortable to share. I think if you have these documents you will pass the kyc easily. Overall 4 stars because they scared me when they closed my account, but if you write to them they will give your deposit back and if you complete kyc you can keep playing.
