Please avoid this company they let you deposit then when you win they ask for identification and then make it very difficult to get you withdrawal look for other sites because there not all like this one

I won my bet over five hours ago and still haven’t received the funds in my account. I contacted support to resolve this, but the responses have been rude and unhelpful, and nothing has been done to fix the issue. Stay away from this site.

Bank statement photo id and address proof then when you wish to withdraw they make life very difficult. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES TOO, currently holding my 20 quid hostage. Fraudsters

Horrendous company!

Very disappointing experience with the BetCrown welcome offer.

I deposited £20, entered promo code CROWN20, enabled the bonus toggle, and placed a qualifying £20 bet at odds of 3.10 exactly as required. The bet settled and the bonus appeared in my account as “sleeping”, which clearly suggested the promotion had been attached correctly.

However, customer support later claimed I had not enabled the toggle and refused to honour the offer. When I challenged this and asked for a proper review of the account logs, the chat was simply closed.

From a customer perspective, this feels extremely misleading. If the promotion was not activated, why was the bonus visible in my account at all? The whole process gives the impression that customers are encouraged to place the qualifying bet but can later be denied the free bet on a technicality.

Very poor customer service and not a great first impression for new customers.

I've been paid by bet crown now.
I've also closed the account permanently.
Online casino on the site is totally corrupt.its about time this is regularly investigated by gambling commision abass.its just a way bookmakers are ripping off customers.theres no restrictions still on what's bet.even though other bets restricted all the time.results are so fixed it's just printing money.

Was a little concerned about this one having read reviews but I won £65 from £10 deposit in the opening offer. Withdrawal took 2 days which is disappointing and why I wouldn't use again but I did get the money and they have live chat.

I came across this site said it was new thought I’d give it a try did not even get to try the racing went straight to the slots shocking take never a bonus no wins just kept depositing till I realised I was running out of money it’s a shocking site count open straight away and closed straight away no questions asked I’m reporting it today

Playing games with an RTP of 95% or above, huge losses, despite testing the system with a variety of bets to see if any would come in - none did of course. I have played on 100s of sites and never written a negative review but this one needs one. Avoid like the plague - it is utterly rigged as others have said and you will lose whatever you put in.

Awful site, clearly don't want you to bet with them, You go to bet, mesage says not logged in(when you are ), then says internal error(lower the odds) then changes your stake to lower. then lowers the odds again. useless site
