Awful service, do not fall for their promotions

Had been using them for a couple of months only when I got an email saying after a review my account was being restricted with no reason.

Had to file a complaint about a free bet that I was part way through completing before they would give it to me, took days to resolve it and a lot of time with useless live chat agents.

This bookie doesn't like people who use their site and do the promotions.

Try using another exchange like smarkets who treat their custoers fiarly

Won on crazy time in live casino. Refused to pay out saying malfunction when it clearly was not. Complained and was told I was wrong. Asked for video proof or in-game chat log where 100s of people were going mad. They refused me this evidence in an email which I have kept. Took me 3 weeks to basically be told I am a liar at the age of 68. No resolution and a breach of gambling commission rules. Customer service were rude and completely incompetent. Hopefully will have better service with Skybet. Opened a case with gambling commission. STAY AWAY

EDIT:- The petulance of this company knows no bounds. Since I wrote this review yesterday, I have just logged in to stop all communication from them and they have now banned me, a 68yr old lady, from all promotions. I wouldn't have took them up I just noticed when i logged in. 🤣🤣🤣

Betfair's support teams have been absolutely appalling these past few months. Do not trust Betfair with your money.

I withdrew to my bank account (the same one I deposited with) and Betfair made an error with the transaction and will not refund me after I have proven that my bank does not have the funds. I am no nearer to receiving my funds after 30+ exchanges with their support staff (who don't seem to have any oversight over their support tickets and who is responsible for them).

I will be going to the Financial Ombudsman, to the regulator and have already taken my business elsewhere.

Rigged and scammed games and that's the example:trying get a bonus Stake £25 get £5 bonus.Deposited £20 to get a bonus and didn't get it as needed another £2,6 to wager.Im sure I don't need to add anything more.Off course no option for help from anyone as it's happening to many players of this casino.When you contact customer service and try to get help with the game as during in game bonus few spins winnings didn't go to my balance in reply I heard that I shouldn't undermine their authority and fairness of their games.And after hearing that what is for you to do about your issue. About year ago I will but at the moment I just can't recommend that casino.

I have been ripped off by this site twice. I contacted customer service with no reply. I've put bets on and they have been rejected saying insufficient funds when I clearly have them and it's funny the ones that get rejected are always winning bets. The site is one big scam. Wish I could give it no stars.

I opened my account a while back and my account got locked for no reason didn’t even get to make a deposit I have all required documents and have been on the chat and they say they can’t tell me why my account is closed

One of the best sportsbook and exchanges going. Not perfect but compared to most bookies they are great. Customer support are helpful and website is one of the most user friendly.

The moment you fund your account they suspend it pending "security review" that takes weeks (at the very least) even after you provide all the documents requested by them

Bunch of scammers, stay away from these thieves , without warning they will close your account and refuse to refund any money in the account without you handing over sensitive documents, BEWARE !!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I joined up to play poker on this site which I regret. I deposited my money they let me play poker for 1-2 days then locked my account for verification. I have had to verify my documents on a few occasions on different sites so I understood this procedure. It usually takes 5-6 hours for this process to be verified but 5 days later and I’m still waiting (what a joke). Every time I contact there chat team I’m waiting ages for a reply and all I get is I’m in a queue, it must be some size of a queue to take 5 days in counting to review 3 documents. So all I can do on this site is log in and look at my balance I can’t withdraw it or play with it at all. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

They cover pretty much any market you can think of, and most importantly liquidity is always so good which is vital to trading out quickly.
The new commission tiers are handy, sit on the 5% commission band but the option is there for lower ones, depending what suits.

My go to exchange for trading the beautiful game. I have used Betfair for several years now and it is by far the most liquid broker and has the most markets to trade on.

They offer some pretty decent offers too and since introducing tiered commission it is much more compeltitive.

Betfair has a very easy to navigate interface, and various payment methods, Paypal being the easiest and my preferred choice.

Done 2 x£5 singles and a £5 double agreed odds movement so I should have a 4/1 win and a 13/8 win instead they paid me 15/8 and 5/4 no customer service just a chat line with some plonker on the other side they owe me £40 they said they'd be in touch.. Ye right.. I waited 2 wks for £102 to go back into my account over a month ago excuses and more excuses

They are money thieving scum ! Avoid them at all cost . Offer me £20 free bet if bet I lost I should get my £20 back but they didn’t pay anything back . Now saying I used PayPal to top up my account not the bank card and nothing we can do . There are lots of good company out there but avoid betfair .
