Please note that before every deposit, there’s a pop-up on BetFury clearly stating the minimum required amount for each currency. In your case, the minimum for ETH is 0.005. The pop-up also includes a warning:
“Sending any amount below the minimum will result in funds loss and not refundable.”
Since 0.004 ETH was sent, the system could not process it, and unfortunately, such transactions cannot be recovered.
We strongly recommend always checking the pop-up before sending funds to ensure the deposit meets the minimum requirements.
