While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unable to access my account and withdraw my funds

I had over $100 in my account and used Google Sign-In as my only login method. Without any explanation, access through Google stopped working and I now receive only an "Authorization Failed" message.

Because of this, I cannot access my account or withdraw my money. Multiple emails to support have gone unanswered.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable customer service. I simply want access to my account and my funds.

The worst sports betting site

The worst sports betting site. After I won $4,700 from a deposit of about $800, I requested a withdrawal. On May 17, I requested a withdrawal of $3,400. The withdrawal was stuck in the processing status. The support service lied that they had technical problems on the system side, and this morning, May 19, when I went into my account, I saw a withdrawal cancellation and a new transaction called "manual withdrawal" for $4,338. They left $400 in the account. The support service said that I violated some terms (Abnormal Betting). After that, literally in a few minutes, they withdrew my funds and deleted the account. I am writing a review so that no one gets to this site and loses their money and time.
