Total fraud. If you use their bonus program you will never be able to withdraw money. Never had such a bad and fraudulent customer experience with a casino/poker site.

I did the sportsbook bonus (100 + 100 bonus). I managed to win 1590 from Bethard by doing matched betting. No problems in withdrawing my funds.

I have no idea why there are such bad reviews as soon as I join a new betting company I send many copies to pass verification process I did the same with bethard and I have had no issues at all the processing times for withdrawals are exceptional within 30 seconds I receive an email telling me my withdrawal has been processed the customer service are good as well they could have a little more options on football and put greyhounds on but overall I genuinely can't understand the bad reviews?!?!?!

Their "offers" are nothing short of a con. I put a £20 bet on a horse at Cheltenham on the understanding that if it won I would be paid at double the odds. When it did win I was merely paid at the normal odds and when I chased it up they started quoting crap about how it only applied if you placed your bet after a certain time, which was never mentioned in the offer. These people are thieves, stay away is my advice.

Was able to open an account even though I have a self exclusion in place and have registered with Gamstop. When I contacted them about this they said that they were not liable and I must have registered with different details. This is rubbish they were exactly the same as those logged on the self exclusion
They were just happy to allow me to register to get my money.
Casino is fixed sad I played for hours and never won a thing.
