Impressed, professional quality serice.
Well, I was surprised to read the one review that was here as it doesn’t reflect my experience in any way, I simply typed into google “reliable garages near me” and Bethel Garage came up in the top 2 with 5 stars so as they are just around the corner I gave them a shot.
I was told they had a cancelation and if I could drop it off in the morning they would asses it, I dropped it off received a call later in the day with the diagnosis and the cost which I accepted, I was told they would try and get the part the same day and fit it if possible but if not could they keep it overnight.
The following morning I noticed I had two missed calls and a text to say my car was ready, I walked around to collect it and pay my bill, to my surprise it was slightly less than quoted, obviously when they quoted on the phone they just rounded it up But importantly they charged the actual price.
So, I received a first class service at a good price and will definitely use them again in future as they were professional, quick and clearly trustworthy by charging the actual cost and not the quoted price which they were entitled to do.
