I cannot get my wins payed
I cannot get my wins payed. Withdrawals are pending
since 11/03/23, not getting approved and payed. I have tried to get help from my so called VIP Manager in this matter - absolutely nothing. The answer I am receiving to my question, when I can get my winnings, is "we currently experiencing some problems with cashouts" "I cannot say anything more". So I don't know, when I will get my wins and if I will get them at all.
My opinion is, that Betibet delaying cashout approval, hoping that I will cancel withdrawals, bet money I won, and finally loose everything, then they have nothing to pay. I don't have any other explanation and I don't get any explanation from customer service, what can make me thing differently. I have documented all my wins, pending withdrawals and also e-mails exchange with customer service and waiting for my wins to be payed.
Positive things are:
- VIP manager is friendly, helping with some other requests, but not with cashouts, obviously restricted by management.
- All top sport games are available, also with video broadcasting.
Upgrades to the web page to be made: Live games jumping up and down. If I select only soccer live games, I still see hockey, basketball, tennis etc. games as well. Broadcasting video on full screen mode would be perfect. Currently only on small window.
However, main problem is that betibet doesn't pay my win so far, everything else is pointless. I know, that casino always wins, but not this way!

I created my account, the deposit is fast and it says that the withdrawal is instant. To my surprise when I requested the withdrawal it was rejected and they asked me to verify my account. Verification was fast... on the website it says that the withdrawal is instantaneous, I contacted support and they told me that there is no deadline to provide it to me.
