Still have not received rugs I ordered or heard back from them on arrival date. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response

Products are flimsy and over priced. The comforter I bought was nothing more than two peices of fabvric sewn toether. no batting or stuffing at all. Takes forever to ship. They do not honor their return policy, in fact you wil NEVER even hear back from them. Buyer beware.

Run! Scam for sure. I ordered bed spreads (1 full @ $70, 1 single @ $55). Took over 4 weeks to arrive
and received sheets!
After 4 return email attempts (that were never acknowledged) I contacted PayPal. The seller did respond to them and agreed to accept return if I sent to Viet Nam! Even though they shipped to me from Illinois. The cost to me to ship to Viet Nam??? Cheapest was $377! Total ploy by seller to have me not return.
Don't even think of ordering from them.

Wish I could give it a negative rating. The only time they respond is when you're buying something. If you have an issue they blow you off. Reviews on their website are bogus. I paid $100 for two pillow cases and a "bed sheet" which is just a sheet. I was supposed to get a "bed cover" but they didn't include it and now when I e-mail them I get no response. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible company to buy from. They will not respond to requests to return the merchandise I purchased. I've lost nearly $300 paying for cheap, inferior rugs that they are not responding to multiple requests to return. Hard lesson. I do not recommend buying from this company. :(

The reasons for that?

1. 2.5% Deposit fee: are you serious?

2. The welcome offer is not so easy to do if you unknowingly decline it by not doing anything. Apparently there is a pop-up but you won't realise it if first thing you need to do is veryfing yourself.

3. Useless customer service. If the same thing happened to you with any good bookie let's say William Hill or something like that, the CS will give you the free bets you qualified for even if you accidentally pressed something wrong. It's not that hard to keep a new customer.

4. Withdrawals need to be whole amounts, so if your winnings are involving pennies forget about getting them withdrawn as you will be stuck with them.

5. This is the big one. Their sports odds are probably the worst I have seen in the industry. Is the team losing 3:0 in second half and you can back them at 300/1 on Bet365 or somewhere? Well at Betit you can back them at 15/1 so you see the idea of their margin.

Just don't sign up.

I recently purchased a bedding set thinking it was a comforter instead it was just a cover with a zipper. I spent $79.99 for two pillow cases and two thin sheets sewn together. I used PayPal and even though they were helpful, the seller, TueMinh's Market, requires the customer to pay return shipping. It would cost anywhere between $135- $200 USDs depending who I went with to ship it. Needless to say I won't throw good money after bad and will never buy from this company again.

This sit can be trusted and most reliable site ever!
