After more than 2 month of delaying my withdrawal, asking for multiple verifications, unnecessary documents they "voided" all my bets that were repeated. That means, if u repeat your bet because of example better odd, it can be voided !!
Chat support replaying every 10-20 days. I had to ask multiple times for status of verifications and withdrawals, every time they had to check document for more than 2 weeks.
After more than 2 month my account is "finaly" verified and they removed more than half earninigs because of double bets.
Read carefully "terms and conditions" , better, don't make account here !! NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS
Also, after my account is verified, I have to wait AGAIN for withdrawal permission.
MEANING: If u win something, they will took your money because they "can", based on their terms and conditions.
