Pathetic and FRAUD company!
First they will assist you, at every point.. but once you try to withdrawal amount.. they won't even bother to reply, and you won't be even to withdrawal.
Then they will also deduct the amount unnecessarily and will give you some policies on which you won't have any choice but to forget your hard earned money!!

Yeah, the Betmaster is a scam. They gracefully accepts the money, but has so many issues with its application. When we try to place the bet multiple times, it doesn’t go through.

I wished I had read the review here before having anything to do with betmaster... I regret ever making a deposit with them. Funny enough my first withdrawal via skrill was very fast, but after that I made a deposit via bank transfer and was later told I can't make a withdrawal via bank transfer and that I should submit some documents so my withdrawal can be passed on to my skrill account.. I have submitted all my documents and itz been more than 16 days now, and the customer support keeps telling me they are sorry and all... Please if you are seeing this, believe this review, betMaster is a scam.... They want to steal your money, bonus or no bonus, they have few withdrawal methods and no matter what you do after making a deposit via one of their non withdrawal methods, you money would forever be stuck.. Avoid betmaster.. They are thieves

This website is a huge scam.

I put 100 € into my account, and got up to 2000 € within a few day. (I didn’t use any promotions)
After my first big win, I got locked out of betting and could only bet 5 € as maximum.
Then I tried to withdraw the money, but needed to complete a security process first, where I had to send multiple documents and selfies to confirm mu identity I was told it was gonna be maximum 5 days, it’s now been 16 days and they’ve deleted my account, with the money still on the account.
Moral of the story: NEVER EVER use this scam website.
They are a bunch of useless lowlifes.

Guys beware of these scammers , they hv no intention.to give withdrwals, even if the withdrawal is of 1 usd, they r d biggest scammers, they need unwanted docs and posses of the photograph which only a professional photographers can do, they create unnecessary demands , want unwanted docs, when it comes to deposit, they need not need anything but when it comes to withdraw, tbey need unnecessary docs with awkward positoon of slfie with backgorund of laptop chat bla bla bla...1st of all they fool that ur withdrawal is under process then after 1 days they started demandinf evryrhinf., they play with people hard earned money, i pray to god that these people will never get a good life...

I have never made a trustpilot review, and my experience was so bad with them that I was motivated to make this. Do not get enticed by their bonuses; I was offered a 500$ welcome bonus, so I deposited 500$ and got matched 500$ in bonus. Everything was going great, I got up to 2500$. Then, I bet on the over in basketball, and the over hit in overtime, which as stated in their TOC counts as hitting the over. They counted my bet as a loss, and never gave me an explanation on support, other than "Settled bets are final" I said oh well as I was still up 2300$, and continued betting, and was 2000$ from completing my rollover requirements, so I happily went to bed. I woke up, and I had been locked out of betting, with a max bet of 5$. I contacted support, and they gave me no explanation as to why I was locked out, and that the timeline for how long I will be locked out is unknown. They only give you a week to clear the wagering, and of course, I was limited for a week and lost all my bonus money. Absolutely disgusting website, please please PLEASE stay away. There are many alternative options, which I'm not gonna suggest because this
isn't a paid review (like every positive review they have ever gotten is) I have never been treated so poorly by a sportsbook, best of luck out there.

I always had problems with deposit and withdraws here. I closed my account after few months. Deposits took days until got confirmed. Chat support was like for everything you need to do and took days. Really annoying. Sporting odds are extremly low, slots dont pay out well. Not recommended !

Betmaster.io is a scam, I made my first deposit of approximately $ 150 and received an additional $ 150 in betting bonuses. I met all the rollover requirements, and ended up with a balance of approximately $ 500. That's when the problems started. First I was asked for several documents for withdrawal, I sent them. After this, problems with the payment method started, I made the deposit via boleto, and they do not allow withdrawal via boleto. So, they forced me to make another deposit of $ 14 via Neteller to make the withdrawal, I made the deposit and for 2 weeks they said they would send my money but never even tried, considering that the neteller's own attendants informed that if so they tried, there should be an attempted upload ID, which never existed. Later I was told to make a new deposit by another method, this time I chose the MuchBetter app, which I used several times to deposit on poker sites in general and I never had any problems, and once again they refused to make the payment.
