Deposits have never been an issue, but my one and only withdrawal request turned into a drawn-out ordeal. I was asked THREE times to provide "proof of name change," despite there being no actual name change on my account.
My full legal name is Hepzi Marjori Premalatha Silvanas, which I use in shortened form of Hepzi Silvanas on my bank account and card. This is not a name change, just a shortened version of my full name, and it's been consistent everywhere. Yet each time I submitted documents, the same request came back again on the very same withdrawal.
The live chat support agents were unable to explain what exactly was mismatched, just repeated requests for the same documents with no real resolution.
If you're considering this platform: be prepared for your money to be much harder to get out than to put in.

Made me go through process of validating my card multiple times before they let me withdraw my money, threatening to cancel my withdrawal and delete my account if I didn’t keep sending them photos of my bank card. They were quite happy to take the money off me when I deposited using that card a month before the withdrawal, so they were obviously just being awkward about giving me my money.
