It is ridiculous that I had to bet 18x…
It is ridiculous that I had to bet 18x what I deposited- which turned into 36x because betting baseball ( which is just as risky as any sports bet) only get .50 per 1$ bet. Then I can only take out 2600$ a week( because I can’t take out 3000$ because you take out another 4% fee- which takes it over 3000$. Very frustrating and obviously makes it so hard to get players money out on the rare occasion that we actually win.

Bad slot games selection, hidden RTP on most of them. Lost around $1,700 USD in a few hours.
Slow and dumb live support agents refer to me by a random name. They want me to call them on the phone to close my account. Unheard of and ridiculous.

I closed my new account after total 3 phone calls. Baccarat is my favorite game, so deposited my crypt there. Their rollover count is very bad for baccarat games. They might count 10 person of my bets or no any rollover points at all for live dealer = I will probably never complete their requirement = I will never do any withdrawal!
They have many baccarat tables I like but I know I will never complete their rollover requirements. Talked to Jake and he understands my concerns and agreed with my closing account request. Luckily I did my crypto withdraw eventually.

Inconsistent information given
Too many reps kept telling me different information about the ACH withdrawal process. Reps kept giving out information as if only one ACH withdrawal was allowed per month, when another said it is per week once my address was verified with a utility bill. It wasn’t until I kept pushing back that I was finally given the correct information and my account updated to allow for the additional ACH withdrawal.

Betnow is a poor excuse of an online sportsbook with an antiquated interface and limited options. They invest little to nothing back into their operation and it shows. Main drawbacks are that they heavily limit wagers, limit live betting (only straight bets, max 1000 per wager), limit payouts (unduly complicated and restrict the amount per method), and really no rewards program at all. Wagers take way too long to get graded. There is no live streaming and really limited in every way except (of course) deposit options, which are unlimited. They eliminated poker also probably because they cut costs wherever they want to to maximize profit. You will find that they make up their own rules because they can as they are not regulated offshore. If you have Fanduel or any of the US books available, those are 1000x better with better rewards and wagering options. Plus they don't outsource their live betting and offer streaming. There is no benefit to being a VIP at betnow versus the US books where you get dedicated customer service rather than the rude folks at betnow. I don't wager with them anymore and it has been a wise move. If you want a sportsbook with 2010 technology and restrictions on everything, this is the place for you!
