I have been on this site for like 4 yrs plus never cashed out nothing recently they scam me off a bet I played in 3rd quarter for under 162.5 FT and that bet settled after the game as under 82.5 First half 💀 how is that mathematically possible when I played the bet at almost 4mins left on 3rd quarter reached out to support they gave excuses that it can’t be altered but am not slow I know what i played this is a warning stay the f away from betonline guys we deserve better

I was skeptical when I joined this place a week and a half ago as one should be when playing at an online casino but this place is legit. I cashed out for $2011 and $864 between them I went on a cold streak but it is gambling people and betonline is a business you can’t expect to win all the time or they wouldn’t exist. The withdrawals are INSTANT once you verify who you are by possibly having to call and/or send documents but that’s no big deal. The customer service is excellent and the sportsbetting lines slightly better in some cases than FanDuel. I was concerned to about withdrawals but I am came here to assure the average gambler they are trustworthy. I will update review in a few weeks after a little more time on their website!

Decided to try out BetUS after the plethora of unsolicited calls and mail. After 2 weeks I’m done. Was playing slots and after dropping 300$ into Lucky Link by Qora, I finally hit a bonus that included a Major. I was immediately booted from the game. This has happened before on other sites, normally it brings the bonus back up and it’s played out. Not on BetUS. It just started over. I immediately contacted customer service and was assigned a ticket number. They stated 24-48 hours, which has long passed. I have contacted customer service many times with different excuses and failed promises on when it will get credited. They say it’s pending review but they know the amount. I never stated the amount. So they know everything they need to know but are refusing, through lies and excuses, to credit the money. Done with BetUS. At this point, they’d better not give it to me, because as soon as I get it, I’m withdrawing. Bunch of low life clowns at this book. Don’t waste your time and money. Plenty of other books to use. This one is a low budget shit how.
