I like the game selection and the screen experience, I dont likr the ai bot in the help section, I like a human to speak to as requests are usually about a few things. I dont like that there's very few bonuses available once you get past the welcome package they dry up. I like the sign up experience it was easy. It pains me to write this message, but the disappointment with BetOnRed over the last month is tremendous.
I had a BetOnRed account for over a year and had nothing but praise for it. Good odds, good markets, various deposit/withdrawal methods, excellent chat. All 5 stars. But as of April this year, it may be one of the worst bookmakers I've ever had...
In April I became a VIP and was asked to verify my account again when I'd already been through this twice (AND I DID. THEY EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING MY ACCOUNT WAS VERFIED AGAIN. If I did not have a VIP Manager, I would have not know what was happening with my account). And that's when the problem started. It's nice to have a VIP Manager and a faster, more private chat, but nothing makes up for what I've been through.
I've been a customer for over a year, always with compliments, and they canceled my account and kept my money because, for some reason, they thought I was committing fraud. They never had any suspicions for over a year. All I had to do was start using the store and the bonuses and earn 2 of them, and they thought I was committing fraud and everything.
They ask you to advertise to friends, family and other people, but then when you get people willing to create an account and bet, they invent problems and think I have multiple accounts... I've never been treated like this before. I was asked for document after document, exchanged messages, for weeks and weeks. I was as honest as I could be, I sent all the documents unfiltered and the reward... a bullshit excuse and they canceled the account and took the money...
I don't mind at all if they cancel the account. Keep the account. Enjoy it. I don't care. BUT I WANT MY MONEY. I lost €1600 because they thought that money was better with them than with me.
WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WAS A REAL JOKE!!
I repeat... I was BetOnRed's biggest fan and had nothing but praise... After this, I strongly advise no one to create an account with this bookmaker. And I will only change my mind if I get my money back. You can withdraw my betting winnings without any problem. But give me back my 2 deposits that I had in the account. THAT'S THE LEAST THAT'S ASKED OF YOU.
Extremely disappointed with BetOnRed and no matter how many bullshit excuses they come up with, I won't stop writing reviews everywhere until they give me my money back.
Anyone who has any questions about this bookmaker and how I've been treated can send me a message. Don't send it to them because they won't be honest!!
