I enjoy the site for betting. It’s pretty solid. The support can be a lot better. The chat crashes regularly and if you call them then they’re going to be working with about 3 other ppl.

I had a payment issue with PayPal saying a payment cleared and betopenly showing it did not. I reached out to PayPal as advised by Gino the founder. They told me it cleared and they provided the transaction number. They asked for the recipient to reach out and they would assist them in locating the funds. The owner told me it was beneath him to spend that time to get what only amounted to $6 to him. However it’s my $600 that isn’t accounted for and it’s their payment processor. Wouldn’t trust to use this casino as if you have a processing issue they won’t provide any assistance as your value is only a small amount.

I had better experience than many other highly reputed casino. The only problem with them is sometimes the site freezes on my end.

If you are a true sports bettor you know the advantage this gives you. Anytime I have ever had issues customer service has been right on top of it.
