We have bought 22 washlights from Betopper , great service however some of them have started to smoke and leds burn out
Has anyone experienced this ,
We use them on an Avolites desk and DMX
Any ideas
Be topper have been incredible helpful and replaces some .

Great product and quality.

Bought 4 LM1915 lights from BeTopper. The entire experience was great (including some warranty help after the purchase).
The lights do exactly what we need of them and have so many settings that are incredible.
The only slight criticism I have is that the fans are loud. So for us as a church, I can’t use them when needing quiet, but during our worship time that work excellently as the fans aren’t loud enough to disturb during music.
All around the service was great and the product is great.

So, I have a large events company, and I thought, why not try your brand after my first purchase of 12 LB 150s? I realized the motor was a bit too weak. Disappointed, I contacted you by email, but you haven't offered a solution, which is discouraging.

It took a little bit due to time zone differences and my own availability problems but they were super helpful despite that and they took great care of me listening to my problems and helping me come to the best solution!

Excellent lighting fixture (LM0740D) for this price class. Quick delivery and product exactly as described on the betopper website. The documentation online (including showcasing vids etc) give a good view of what to expect. I had a technical problem but the customer service team was quick and full in delivering a solution. In good english and understandable to customer needs. I will keep betopper in eyesight for future products and will be happy to order more fixtures from them. Greetings!
