I started to play on this casino a few weeks ago.
I deposited 20 euro and got another 20 euro (bonus).

I started to wager and was done at 1700 euros. Made a withdrawal and next monday they wanted a bank statement and it got approved pretty quick and even withdrawal went quick.

I deposited more money this week and now they wanted more documents and after another week and another withdrawal they started to ask for more documents.

Took them over a week to verify these documents even though they answered my emails with ”kyc”department same as the ”regular” support. How do i know this? Because the same name from support was in the ”kyc” department.

It has been more than 5 days since i got verified and still nothing.
Support told me 3 times they are going to send to the withdrawal departement and ask them to speed it up for me.

Today monday 22/8 still nothing.

The amount of the withdrawal is 2000 euro.

Still not resolved and support said it was approved around 12 hours ago and ”should” be processed within a couple of hours. This was around 09.00 and still nothing and no responses from this casino.

BetOriginal = Part of Gammix limited and the sister casinos having the same problem. They dont process withdrawals, they come up with excuses not to pay out etc.

The amount still pending on 2000 euro since 12/8 and got fully verified since 15/8.

Untill i got paid, i wont update this review to their favor.

Good news. Got my money and as i promised ill update my review. But still slow withdrawals.

Generally Gammix casinos are known for insanely high Wagering of 70X and above. but this Betoriginal has taken it a bit further. Cheat the customers in broad day light.

I deposited 51 euro and got a 100% bonus and 100 free spins(20 per day). I lost my 51 euro, bonus money, 4 sets of 20 spins. But on the last set of 20 spins, i made 91 euros.
After i did the withdrawal, they cancelled my withdrawal saying max win from "No deposit free spins" is 25 euro. They say i can only get 25 euro! (Another point, would they have given me 100 free spins if i did not deposit. NO. So it is definately deposit free spins)

As per their terms, the max withdrawal from free spins triggered by a deposit is 100 euro.

So, they are violating their own terms.

Stay away from all brands of Gammix group of casinos( betoriginal is one of them). They are now a days, are very actively involved in broad daylight cheating and dishonesty.

My suggest to new gamblers, don't deposit on Gammix casinos. Any casino that asks for wagering greater than 45X is below industry standards. And these guys are top of the shelf. they ask for 70X and even 80X wagering. Clearly, they want your money.

They finally said my withdrawal of 91 euro is now approved+ added an apology. But I would not dare depositing again.
