Dear team,

My name is rohit sharma, I joined betrally on 12 may 2019, I made my first deposite on 13may I played the betting and I lost but I finder nice betting websites, second time I made a deposite on 14may of Rs1000 the amount got debited from my account but its not reflecting on my betrally account.
I tried mailing betrally many times but not a single reply came from them, request some to help me with same, I cant understand whom to contact.

I have placed a bet on on football sports betting and I won the bet but they settled it as lost.When I tried to connect withcuatomer service via chat option it shows all the operators are busy and it is happening since 3 days.I wrote couple of mails since last 3 days and guess what no replies.Betrally is a fraud company and don't go with it guy's.

To be honest I have a mixed experience with betrally. I shifted from bet365 to betrally just because they introduce an exclusive line for Indian players. IMPS was great Net banking was great and the other payment methods like skrill neteller Indians don't prefer because of high commission fees. I withdrew an amount of 5000INR once. It was delayed for 2-3days because my account wasn't verified. Now verified placed a request of withdrawal on 22nd April let see how long it will take to. And yes they have removed both IMPS and Net banking which will surely affect their Indian customer base.

This site sucks they say that the money will deposit in our account in 30-45 min but it is more than 13 hours and yet the money is not credit into my account please don’t put ur money in this site and lose it

Please mention how many days does it take to solve the net banking maintence .I know maintence under goes but please mention some days or time when will if will end and normal back

Hi i am regular user of Betrally from past 8 months..i have won some money and lost some money..All of those are fine..recently now my issue is i have given withdrawl request on 15 /04/2019 and till 17/04/2019 it was showing in pending and allof sudden from 17/04/2019 it says i dont have any pending withdrawl requests and neither i got my amount credited to my account..@ betrally from 17/04/2019 i have been not recieving reply for mails also..expecting possitive reply

I made a withdrawal of 8200 indian rupees two days earlier. nd they did not have cleared the ampunt yet. And now my accpunt is not being open... I dont know whether they have locked my account for such a amount of money. Its very irriatating and very disrespectful. I really want to ask betrally why did you not opening my account... I won by sports 5000 euro. I have verified account. i wait for withdrawal 5 days. I asked by chat , they wrote me that withdrawal request is under review. Next day they closed my account. They should give me back all my deposits ca. 1000 euro but they offer me only 100 euro. what a joke...they close chat window when I ask about my account and money..they don't reply emails..biggest frauders by bookmaking..don't play at betrally..

ABOUT THE WEBSITE- I like it. It's not very special than others but it's definitely a very good betting website. Probably the best betting website, catering to Indian bettors. Especially accepting IMPS and Indian debit cards as deposit and withdrawal methods. Odds are very good, almost as powerful as bet365 and williamhill.. Deposits reflect in the account after 5-10 minutes, which is fairly quick enough imo. Impressive number of markets in cricket and soccer matches in general.. I see people having problems with withdrawal process and that their deposits failed. Personally, I made deposits bunch of times so far, (20-30 times may be) and I hadn't a problem ever. Same goes with withdrawals. I personally have a problem with 1 thing though. The documents needed for verification. They don't accept Aadhar or Birth certificate or e-PAN. I had a bit trouble with this, because I didn't have a document in hand that they accept for a while and I couldn't withdraw. This could be a bit of hurdle for some(if not a lot) people because not all have a driving license or Passport or PHYSICAL PAN CARD. (these days, e-PAN is serving the purpose of physical PAN.)

So, yeah, this is a great website for Indian bettors. But, have a bit patience with withdrawals. It's been my betting website for a while and will continue to be, for a long time.

3rd april i requested withdrawal and today 9th april they did not transferred a single penny why this is happening betrally answer...we do imps and it debits in seconds but why not the same case on withdrawel ??
