Every time I see one of their commercials for Bet Rivers, I think about False Advertising ! This site is aweful ! It's kind of hard to have fun and enjoy playing here ( like they show on the commercials) when NOTHING WINS.. NOT EVEN FREE GAMES...EVER !!!

i been playing with Betrivers for a while,i loss on every deposit,never wins,i loss a lot of money with them trying to see what the game do/have fun with the game,never happens,they scamming me big time,they are fraudulent/scamming,i feel they need to be look into/ investigated on this not right at all,they just taking /taking,you see nothing but bad spins every time,they are not good people to play with,a lot of cheating--but thanks

Horrible company. Extortion specialists. Tried to make a withdrawal and they will only do that after uploading bank statements, selfies, copy of license, copy of bank card. Meanwhile, they took a deposit with just my debit info. Customer service is useless. Told them to send me a check and they said they still need all that info. Why would they need a copy of my bank statement to send me a check????

The blue scrolling winner tape on the desktop version can be a bit annoying. I only bet sports so I could care less about the casino winners.

Win, loss or Draw don't expect to get your money back from Betrivers. Closed account on feb 2 2024, I've called 9 times keep get getting checks in the mail wait 10 to 14 business days (3 weeks) and still no check. they take in million every day and they can't seem to send me my money, was told again today today wait 10 to 14 business days. I fear I not getting my money back.

Company is full of frauds. I won a sports bet slip on the app for about $290.00 and now whenever I play the casino games it is impossible to win. Played single hand black jack and the dealer gets black jack like every fourth hand and pulls 21 on 5+ plus cards. Games are designed to keep you in the negative

Stupidly, I kept playing the site. I have spent over $5,000 in the last four months and have won absolutely nothing. I have noted, that regulars seem to win on a regular basis. I have to be done with the site, it's a waste of money and time. There's no winning on the site, unless you play daily. Sadly, I play about 4 times a month, clearly that's not enough for the Betrivers operators/owners.
