They stole $869.69 USDT from me using a classic scam playbook:

I deposited, played, and requested a withdrawal.

They asked for KYC only after my withdrawal request (major red flag!).

I complied fully: passport, selfie, proof of address, and even a LIVE VIDEO VERIFICATION call on Google Meets (December 20). Their agent confirmed everything was fine.

Two days later (December 22), instead of paying, they BLOCKED my account and CONFISCATED all funds. The reason? A vague "multi-accounting" rule violation with ZERO evidence provided (no IPs, no data).

Think: If they had real proof, why waste time on a deep video verification?

THE INSULT (THE REAL SCAM):
When I filed a complaint with their regulator (GCB Anjouan), they showed their true colors. Instead of providing evidence, they sent me a new, outrageous demand to "investigate":
✅ Utility bills
✅ Bank statements (source of funds)
✅ TAX DECLARATION for my crypto assets

They demand my TAX PAPERS after confirming my identity on a video call! This is not verification. This is OBSTRUCTION and BAD FAITH to make you give up.

Their license (Anjouan) is a JOKE. It offers zero player protection. Check other review sites: you'll see a pattern of fake positive reviews posted around the same time by "one-review" users. They are trying to hide the truth.

My advice:

Never play here.

If a casino asks for KYC only after you win, run.

If they accuse you of a violation without proof, it's a scam.

To Bets.io: Your scheme is transparent. I have all the screenshots and emails, and I will spread this story everywhere.

Do not gamble on this site, as soon as you have won more than you deposited they will delay any withdrawal requests. They not only delay them, they reject them without any explanation.
