After I have deposited some very little amount (0.028 ltc) and doubled that they have canceled my withdrawal of about 0.055... ltc saying that I must wager triple times to be able to withdraw :) I don't know where did they get that rule, because nothing was about such rule written anywhere but when I did that they have again canceled saying that I must wager 0.02 ltc more, again I did that and even more, for half an hour I was saying that I did that but they were telling that they have checked everything and I still must do that :). Bets.io keeps small BTC deposits and claims they're "lost" — even when received
I deposited 0.00004340 BTC to Bets.io — below their stated minimum of 0.00025 BTC. While I understand this was under the limit, the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain and reached their wallet.
Despite this, they claim the money is "lost" and refuse to credit or refund it. Their support confirmed they received the transaction but still hide behind policy to justify keeping it. This is not a technical issue — it's the unethical retention of funds.
Proof of payment: Blockchain Transaction ID (TXID):

You can look up this TXID on any Bitcoin blockchain explorer like Blockchain.com or Blockchair to confirm the transaction was completed.
If you deposit even slightly under their minimum, they will keep your funds with no way to recover them. No refund, no service, just gone.
I’ve reported this to crypto abuse trackers and posted publicly to help others avoid this trap.
Bets.io replies to other negative reviews but chose not to reply to mine — despite proof and a verified Trustpilot case. I’ve also reported this issue to Chainabuse and Reddit to protect others.

Serious Allegations Of Cheating After Large Win
This review is regarding their sister site, Betsio.com.
Fully verified account, deposited £100 and turned it into £5000 through LIVE ONLINE BLACKJACK ONLY. After trying to withdraw, my account was banned, and the £5000 was taken from me. They accused me of cheating which is a serious allegation, and refuse to elaborate despite me asking for proof of this. Categorically, this would be impossible, as I was playing at a Live Table (Beterlive).
Clearly, I have not cheated, they just do not want to pay out. Heaven forbid that someone actually wins in gambling, because even when you do these people do not pay.
My deposit also does not show as 'Betsio' on my bank statement, but rather 'St Juvictech Nigeria' which appears to be a website that sells music. When I confronted their support about this, they denied the allegation (quite ironic) and a few days later, the website Stjuvictech.com was shut down.
They are licensed in Costa Rica, which is about as trustworthy as a paper house... DO NOT waste your time here. These people are scumbags.
