First of all I deposited $80 in two deposits and put in a bonus code both times and ultimately didn't get either bonus. The first because the bitcoin transfer took a fee that put my deposit below the minimum for that bonus. The second is clever deception on their part because the bonus calls for "any deposit of $20 or more USDT". So Bitcoin does not qualify this deposit bonus. I complained to the live chat support who may as well be a bot because all he or it said was no no trickery. Yeah well we have different opinions around the use of deception to reneg on bonuses. So it mattered very little because their ridiculously rigged games wiped my $80 in a matter of about 5 min. Never even saw a single winning sequence. I further suspect that if I had been lucky and tried a withdrawal they would not have paid it anyway. I am rating this site as one star out of 5 and to me it does not even qualify to be called a casino because I don't believe they have ever paid out a withdrawal to anyone. And the hurdles to get a DEPOSIT BONUS are outrageous. I went to chat right after i deposited and asked about the bonus. Ive got scammed for 500USD (account closure)
So I deposited 200USD and through freebet and my bets I made 500usd. I tried to withdraw but ive got email that my account is closed and they keeping all of my funds. I would not recommend opening an account nor deposit here. Deposits are at 100% risk. Unfortunately, they consider betting with friends on the same event as multiple accounts without any evidence and false statements that ip addresses are the same or deposit method is the same or PC are the same. If it is true I ask bets.io to provide all evidence to the public. Certainly it is not true but even if someone has multiple accounts, what is the law here to take someone’s funds just like that, without returning even deposits? Just to mention we were mostly losing players and definitely we were not having more than one account each. The terms and conditions don't allow multiple accounts but can Bets.io explain why playing with friends is considered in the same way? They stated also that similar bets were placed - I would love to hear what is wrong on betting the similar bets while the bets were accepted by the company itself.

It got ridiculous hearing these fake claims from bets.io as we each come from different cities, having our own PC, connections and own crypto wallets and the best part is that we can prove it. For us it is not necessary to have multiple accounts. We were a group of friends placing some of the same events on Tennis mostly ATP matches to have fun but it turned out to be a disaster when Bets.io claimed anti-fraud policy while the only fraud here is bets.io itself. Bets.io personnel who are reading reviews, I would like to kindly ask for the details of addresses where the offices are located. I don't need your license offshore addresses but the physical addresses where departments are located with employed personnel. I suspect this company from the illegal activity which should be announced further to the legal authorities. I was trying to contact this one which you state on your website but I was unable to send a filled contact form on its webpage. Which leads to disability on contacting your license - which leads me to think you operate illegally. It does not look like a technical issue. License should be reachable.

I have had an account on this bookie, verified it and made deposit of 500$. With that I became a VIP customer, so they assigned me a VIP agent. His job was basically to ask me when do I intend to gamble etc. I placed smaller bets for some time and later I made winnings on really normal leagues with normal betting predictions. I earned money betting on Serbian Superleague and Bosnian Premier league in football, those are really no strange countries, no illegal betting activity there. Anyway, I made withdrawal and it was sucessfull. 2 weeks later, I earned again, betting on the same leagues. I made a withdrawal, it was refused. Several days later, I tried to login. I couldn't. I asked my "VIP manager" what is going on. He told me my account is closed because I have multiple accounts. I assured him that I do not have multiple accounts. One hour later he told me he was missinformed and that my account is closed because I have commited a fraud. I asked him to specify that to me, he told me Its just terms and conditions and they have the right to keep my money. This is only the start of my reviews, I dont believe they will give me the money but I surely will tell everybody about this. I wasn't doing any scamming, bonus abuse, late betting etc. Just normal betting, normal bets that were accepted. Money sum wasnt big, around 1500$ left on account. But it looks like they are so poor that they need that money. If you believe you can be in profit by betting, avoid them.
