I deposited 500 SEK to claim their 100% bonus. After betting on sports, I won a total of 11,000 SEK. When I tried to withdraw, Betsson refused and claimed I had broken rule 12.1, which says a bonus can only be used once per person, household, address, IP, etc.

This is completely unreasonable. I lived alone at my address until just three weeks ago, so their claim simply cannot be true. Despite this, they still refuse to pay out my winnings.

I want to warn others: even if you play by the rules, Betsson can still deny your withdrawals with vague references to their terms. To me, this feels like a way to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

Many months ago, a glitch appeared where I couldn’t enter any game as it opened up a request for new daily, weekly, yearly limits to be set. This despite having done so an hour before and it accepting that I couldn’t keep updating this.

Customer service at the Eighth time of explaining, said they knew there was an issue and it would be fixed.
Cue forward 4 months and despite many, many times the same issue occurring, It hasn’t been fixed. I can play games if I shut everything down, reload the app and try multiple times.
To compound the issue, every single time I chat with an agent, they ask multiple times for me to explain the issue, and then misread it and give a response completely irrelevant to the issue raised.
Avoid this sham of a business and use another app.
Btw, I don’t lose money so am not a sore loser

Betsson group has lowered RTP of Twin Spin game to 94,04% from 96,56% without any notice. Game is over 10 years old and other casinos still have that old better RTP. At first they denied RTP has been changed when I asked why it has been changed but after I sent them screen capture they said it was business decision and customer has possibility to check the RTP from game info. Well I don't check it every time I play as this hasn't happened before. I don't know how many other games are affected but I suggest you to be careful and compare with other casinos.

I placed in a cash competition and they now are saying they will not honour it and have said I am a risky player, they happily let me invest in the promotion and once it finished said that I cannot qualify. Absolute scandal and daylight robbery. Im extremely appalled by this site. Customer service is terrible and they just pass the book and say that it is not their department.
