Opened an acccount put £1000 in and lost it.

Put £500 in at a later date and built balance up to around £2300. They closed my account and sent £1500 back to me.

Emailed me saying they “confiscated” my winnings as I’d breached some rule which I absolutely hadn’t.

Accounts team told me to email complaints which I did and a month later nothing from them.

Absolutely unethical and unacceptable behaviour.

Scum. Avoid.

Had an account there for over a year, go to login today, they've "changed platforms".

I don't know what all the fuss is about. I used this company and they said they will pay me in 48 hours.

The Company I will be contacting will be the Gambling Commission because it is them and online sports sites that endorse these betting companies.

Ireland and the Irish Government has set up a newly formed gambling commission if anyone from this country has a complaint about these guys.

However I am confident these guys will pay me in 2 days as they say they will.

They also thanked me for forwarding on my documentation. I will update further each day if possible but so far the site looks good.

I've looked now and see my withdrawl has been approved so less than 2 days in fact.

Shocking, the website constantly crashes and doesn't let you log-in, seems a ploy to stop you from withdrawing money.

Do not touch this site with a barge pole...only gambling site I have ever come across to charge you to make a deposit and the more you deposit the higher the charge. When you open account it states no fees but there are deposit fees. When you query it they close your account. Absolute scammers. I wouldn't deal with this company. Their gambling site was extremely glitchy and free bets don't place due to some kind of site error. Their customer service promise service levels they don't deliver and generally are not very informative. Disappointing to say the least.

Scammers. I have already alerted my bank to block this company. Ask you to deposit and restrict your account as soon as the money is in. Website keep crashing and you can’t get hold of customer services. Contacted my lawyer and this look like a fraud case which can get them in big trouble. Im coming for you scambags. Signed up. Took less than 2 min to be able to deposit money into their site. There is a DEPOSIT CHARGE OF 25p for any transaction (first sign of scammy behaviour)! I was supposed to receive a £15 free bet for depositing £10, but instead I see only eligible for £10 free bet, which I am still UNABLE TO REDEEM as it just gives site error. I have opened chat service nearly 10 times since yesterday waiting over 10 minutes each time before I am automatically timed out and forced out of the chat, which I have to reopen and start again. Meanwhile their response time says 'under 2 min'.

If there ever was a more blatant scam company, would be hard to top these ppl here at bettarget.

What can i say? How is this illicit practice still legal in this country, they lie about everything! The website is not fit for purpose. It's about time the UK Gambling commission started doing their jobs by shutting these criminals down and protect the public more.

id give 0 stars if i could avoid if you win on one bet they block that particular market they block certain selections so you cant bet on them they charge to deposit i think they purposely slow site down its rubbish they are suppose to stop you from loosing all your money but they dont avoid worst site ever

Scammers don't give you free bet welcome offer. Make up excuses and say it will be processed but never is. Haven't got around to withdrawing winnings yet as I can see it says of you withdraw you lose your free bet. AVOID
