Very good instruction. I needed motivation and this helps to get me moving. I am 76 with scoliosis and used to be very active but spend too much time on the phone (puzzles) I know the right movements make all the difference since I had PT for a year for hip and low back pain. You just have to do it.

Unbelievably good result in just 5 days
I am 81 and was worried I might need a hip replacement, due to severe pain and stiffness. I have just completed Day 5 of the Hip exercises, and I literally cannot believe how much better I am!
Because of this result, I have now started the 10 Pilates course and will review later.

I am 76 and not very active. The chair pilates have inspired me to move. The instructor is easy to follow and makes everything clear. I feel much better. My aches and pains have eased a bit and my balance has improved too. I am pleased I signed up.

Hi! I've trying to do the exercise as well as I can. It was easier at the beginning, but due to my age, it is sometimes, a little difficult. Unfortunately I don't practise every day. But it's usefel. I combine chair Pilates with chaur Yoga. I will continue.
