I developed allergies to the Betterair system. I was told no returns, no refunds. They had absolutely no concerns for my issues.

Awesome product with unbelievable results for our house-hold. After 4 weeks we have just ordered a second unit so we have one upstairs and one downstairs. Super sensitive to native grasses and pets in our family (we have two rescue cats) and we are temporarily living near a building site and main road so this has been a life saver!!! Cannot believe the incredible difference this has made to the most sensitive members of our family. Props to Zack who was a legend in providing information, support and speedy delivery. Tremendous product! Highly recommend.

Junk. Pure junk. I don't even know what I'm buying (water?) in these cartridges. And don't buy them on eBay or Amazon, as there are a lot of fakes. Net net, at an annual cost of HUNDREDS of dollars (those cartridges only last about a month) you are $500 in before you realize you don't have anything to show for it... I had 2 of the early units - one was as loud as a truck, the other died. But as much as I want to believe, I have yet to see where this type of efficacy. I don't see where there is ANY staying power with this product. The second you're out of juice, efficacy goes to zero? Not worth the high cost when it can't be proven. Good luck.

Unit will not stay on. Every time I turn it on, the unit is green for about 5 seconds and then goes to blue or pause. I can't say if it is working for others, but it is not working for me!

I have been using the BetterAir product for 2 weeks now & absolutely feel the difference!!! I usually suffer from the heat being turned now. My sinus feels stuffy & my throat quite dry. This product has been a game changer for me!!!!! I have spread the word to many & all
friends. People I know are realizing that something is “not quite right” with their indoor air.

Biotica800 is amazing product! It reduced my sons asthma attacks and completely vanished symptoms of seasonal allergies for both of us. I love this product and highly recommend.

I don't feel like this works for us at all.

My family and I have been a user of the Biotica800 for several months. I admit I was a little skeptical the unit would positively impact the issues my family was experiencing. With 8 kids, 2 dogs and lots of seasonal allergies, we needed help! It took a solid 3-4 weeks for me to notice that my kids weren't sneezing, coughing or having itchy eyes as much. As time has passed, we no longer use allergy medicine and have found our home to be a healthy space for us to just relax and be free from all the crazy allergy issues we were previously experiencing. I would definitely encourage anyone who is looking for an air and surface purifier to try the Biotica800.

This little unit really works!!! I was waking up every day with a stuffy nose. After 2 days of having my Biotica800 running, I wake up every day with a clear nose. I also have a dog, and noticed that the smell is now gone as well. I will be purchasing one for my office as well.

To call this sleek little machine a miracle is to put it mildly.
I've been plagued with a dry tickle and cough for years. 24 hours after I plugged in my BetterAir, that cough was gone. Not lessened
... gone! I tell everyone to get it.
