Better Boilers are one of the best plumbers you can call. Ian responds quickly, explains everything that he is doing and is incredibly clean in the way he works and clearing up after himself. I have called him out to leaks on two occasions with one a really difficult problem in a wet room. Ian dealt with all of it promptly. I recommend Ian and Better boilers to everyone.

We had great experience 3 or 4 times with Better Boilers company. Always helpful, responsive to come as soon as possible, and able to do the job on the day by finding the closest provider if needed.

Ian helped us with a number of separate heating system upgrades. He was great - and explained unfamiliar concepts very clearly. All work was completed to a very high standard and once complete, Ian was very thorough in checking that everything worked as expected - he also left the house very tidy. Would recommend

We have used Better Boilers several times and would highly recommend.
The first time was to replace a leaking water tank in the loft which had caused the ceiling to collapse. Ian came around straight away to isolate and make everything safe, then ordered a replacement tank which he fitted a couple of days later. He did a very professional job with neat pipe work and took the time to clearly explain everything to us which was really reassuring and appreciated.

We have since called in him to fit a new radiator which was also done to a very high standard. His work is very meticulous and he ensures everything is cleared up behind him.

Better Boilers have also done some smaller jobs for us which we were equally pleased with.

BB provided a first class service. Always on time, neat and tidy with affordable prices. I would highly recommend.

Had a problem with pressure loss on my gas central heating boiler and called Betterboilers . Guy was polite and arrived that afternoon . Pointed out the problem and explained clearly his fix . Serviced it whilst here , all for a fair price . Great service and now our go to plumber . 5 stars recommendation .

Our boiler was becoming problematic after 10 years service and we were told it would need replacing. Thank goodness we called Better Boilers for a second opinion and they were brilliant from start to finish.

After a technical analysis and a thorough investigation, they replaced a few parts and flushed the system through. After all this and a detailed service our boiler passed all their rigorous Gas Safety tests, and it’s still working perfectly 1 year on. This was a huge financial saving for us!

Ian was friendly, honest and meticulously clean and organised. We can’t thank him enough for his truly professional work. We’ve since had him back to fit our bathroom suite and we were just as pleased with the excellent work. He really does go above and beyond.
