Ryan is the absolute GOAT, he was so helpful to me, i contacted him loads of times asking about the bulbs and he was so helpful and nice and replied quick and gave me lots of help and more detailed information about the bulbs. He also went to the next level and gave me some exclusive discounts codes and a free sticker, he’s got a proper good brand here and i would not go anywhere else for bulbs.

Honestly this guy is an absolute hero i bought the strobe sidelights and tri colour headlights they are just such good quality and the customer service is amazing such helpful people and i couldn’t recommend anywhere else to get ur bulbs it’s super cheap and super good here

Hey TL.
You placed your order on Monday and I shipped it on Friday, unless I’m mistaken that’s less than a week. The website clearly states orders can take up to a week to be shipped, so if you needed them sooner than that you should have got in touch before ordering or simply ordered elsewhere.
As for contacting us on multiple occasions, you bombarded our social media with over 10 messages/comments all within the space of a couple of hours, prior to this I have no communications from you. I do apologise that I can’t respond to messages/comments right away, I am only human after all!
Finally, I’m not sure why you mention a refund in your review, you haven’t once requested a refund so that’s a surprise to me. Anyway, I’m sure by now you’ve received your bulbs and calmed down about the situation. Feel free to remove your review as you can see by the rest of my reviews on here, I’m a hardworking and honest person who runs a small business by myself. Have a great day!

After having an issue with some bulbs I have had for a year now I contacted the team to see if there was anything they could do to help at 9pm on a Saturday and by my surprise they replied instantly via email to help solve my problem.
