This has been nothing but a bad experience since i signed up before christmas 2020. To put it into perspective, I have been subscribed for 8 month and have only ever received 2 boxes. (It is a monthly subscription. Ever month I am chasing them for a refund because I never receive anything. This month I cancelled my subscription, but they have charge me again since. I have not heard back from them yet regarding this. Generally this company is a con. They will take your money and you wont receive anything in return. Avoid at all costs

So, one box finally arrived a few weeks ago, but if the time delay is like this going forward, what is the point. I will give it until July, but if my second box does not arrive I will have no choice but to cancel. The website is full of amazing promises, but sadly the company does not follow through. The concept is good, but without the customer support, then it’s just pointless. Communication is barely existent, just 2 emails blaming brexit. Also when my box finally did arrive, the black pen was blue. Not a happy customer

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review as I like to give benefit of the doubt but I have had enough now. I placed an order and subscribed for the crystal box before Christmas. Then “brexit” threw everything in the air. Customer services were no help at all. Just blaming brexit without doing an investigation. Then I got an email 4th feb saying my box will be dispatched within 2 weeks. It is now 15th March and still no sign of it. Had enough now so cancelled subscription before I get charged for another non existent parcel.
I have paid continuously for my items , my subscription did not get cancelled and I’m still waiting on the delivery I paid for and not received over a month ago

I think they should be a tad more regular an maybe have a bit more in the boxes but the idea is great... the crystal knowledge an manifestation is needed in the world.

Laughable excuse for a company.
They promised delivery 3 days before Christmas and on Christmas Eve I had heard nothing. So I called them myself to check the situation and they say “there’s been an error with your address, you should’ve changed it, your box won’t be coming until just after Christmas”. I checked my address on the order confirmation and it is 100% right. No apology. No refund. Poor communication. HOWEVER, I except they may have just messed up as it’s close to Christmas so I calmly deal with the lady on the phone who explains that she has fixed the address issue and it is definitely coming just after Christmas. Today I received an email... “ Unfortunately your address is incomplete and therefore we are not able to proceed with the shipment.”... DO NOT USE. They are a laughable excuse for a company who have clearly spent too much money on their website rather than hiring capable staff that are able to fulfil basic service tasks correctly. So disappointed with what could’ve been such a great present.

I’m so frustrated with this company. I tried to place an order using a discount code for a paper craft box. The website didn’t show any confirmation and it seemed like the transaction had not processed so I decided to leave it. I then had a PayPal confirmation of a full price payment to Betterly although I had had no confirmation email. I emailed immediately to request this to be cancelled. Since I have had numerous frustrating emails from “Rose”. All seem stock responses about the subscription having been cancelled but I have struggled to get a straight answer. It seems that an order for the journaling box has been dispatched so they are unable to do anything about it. Again, no dispatch email and still no confirmation email. Their only suggestion is to refuse the package which is not always so straightforward when parcels are often left on the doorstep at this point in time. I asked about returning and again had the stock response that my subscription has been cancelled. I hate writing negative reviews but the lack of clarity, transparency and clear order processes has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.

Am very disappointed the way you advertising the brand is 1 thing and what you get is only part of what you are advertising ad you brake it all down so much at a time and that's what your paying 4 . And the fact that you then went on to take more money out my account with out letting me know so more goods can come not good . So yes l will be cancelling any more goods 4 the amount off money am spending on these good . I may as well go to Camden it works out well cheaper. And the time you took the money out my account. Out of order late. Yes tell me you have no control over that 😑 . The box was bigger for all what was in it . 😑 l will be shouting this down . 😑

The instructions are comprehensive yet easy to understand, which is good because this learning was my reason for subscribing. I think the thing for me that would make it 5 stars is having some sort of web community for the subscribers to share experience and have added learning from each other.

I thought the box would contain more. Based on the previous box which I thought excellent I was disappointed by the box just received and thought the box not really worth the amount paid. I will wait for next box however if still not happy will cancel future boxes
