FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wasn't able to continue with my subscription so needed to cancel. I had issues trying to figure out how to do that so I reached out to the support email provided. I didn't expect to actually get any helpful info back but I was dead wrong! The auto reply actually provided me with exactly the info I needed to do this and then I had two staff (real people, not bots) reach out to confirm that I had cancelled and to ensure that I had all the info I needed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommend and would definitely considering going back when I can.

I signed up for the course. Unfortunately I was unabke to carry on and decided to cancel my subscription. Better.Me were absolutely great about this, with no hassle at all. I will definately go back and try again in the future

Canceled subscription
I subscribe to BetterMe a while back and loved it, just didn’t have the time. So I tried to cancel my subscription and a month later i was charged for the next month. I couldn’t figure out the problem so i contacted someone from BetterMe and they helped me find the problem and cancelled the subscription. They were super helpful and very kind! Overall had a great experience

Top Notch customer service
I signed up to take advantage of the reduced rate to try the program. I did not ever use it. After the three months, I was charged for a continuation and I called and emailed right away and was acknowledged and refunded within hours. Top notch customer service. I did not use the exercise program so I can not review that.
