All I know is these people are not interested in getting new customers they call you on the phone hang up with you answer you call back you get put on hold and hung

They call me non stop I've blocked different numbers multiple time I've asked them many times to stop calling and they will not stop. I'm sick of the constant non stop calls

While applying for this loan, a few red flags appeared that made me back out. A call from Scott Harris phone ID yet the person I spoke to was named something else and I could not understand a word he said. Second red flag, due to my credit score not being the best they were going to deposit money into my account, I had to go to Walmart (which they claimed to work/partner with) put it on a card, call back and give them the card number and then I would get my funds within an hour. I called Walmart to be sure and they have NEVER heard of this loan company as well to say they have no affiliation with them and discouraged me to do the transaction. Thirdly, I was at work during this phone call and I told the guy I had to go back to work and I would call later and his whole attitude and demeanor changed. He was mean and upset. I hung up. I noticed whomever puts a bad review on here is replied with "we have no record of you applying" but I assure you I did. Not sure if the positive reviews are fake from their own employees but I strongly urge people to go anywhere else. The whole dynamic was extremely off putting.

They basically suck! Called me when I filled out an loan application online. I called them back only to be told that I wouldn't qualify then hung up on me in my ear! SO BASICALLY THIS COMPANY CAN DRIVE OFF A BRIDGE INTO SHARK INFESTED WATERS FOR ALL I CARE!

My representative was extremely nice and patient. It didn't take very long and I was able to conslidate my debt and save alot of money!

Luis was able to provide an excellent solution to credit card consolidation

They're not into trying to find debt consolidation loans for people, they want to hand you off to Greenwise or other companies of that nature. Sat on hold for the better part of a 15 minute phone call, was a complete waste of time for me.

Process dragged out for close to a week
Told its going great whole time ,contact for additional information left till end of business day so everything kept taking till next day
Done no more than an app would have doing it myself only took longer
Disappointed with unrealistic figures provided as to parameters to months buffer
Centerlink or pensioner have no chance even with good credit history

Scammers - this is not a loan, it's debt relief targeting people with credit card debt.

They will never offer you a loan. They're here to sell your debt and ruin your credit.

All the reviews here are fake.

Debt can be an overwhelming thing, especially for a first timer. Calling Better Money I was really hopeful for the process, but then I psyched myself out as I was doing research on the Greenwise Financial company and became a little weary. So I called with my concerns and I can say its definitely not a scam, Isiah Smalls is so helpful and attentive his customer service is top-tier and I really appreciate how he walked me through the process. I'm looking forward to being debt free :)

I was really anxious about the process. Isiah Smalls was a godsend for me. His professionalism and patience encouraged me to follow through. He answered every question to ensure that I understood. Smalls is an enhancement to your company.

They are a third party debt consolidation company. If you are looking for a company to give you a direct loan, it isn't it. Very scammy!
