This is the worse company I had dealt with!!!
They didn’t train the employees and Costomer service is horrible.
They got my referal and in two months NOTHING happened, only excuses.
One star is too much for its serve.

The Product (Mome) was great, well packaged and easy to install. But 2 heavy packages were delivered by one single man, at ground floor of the building - not in the front of the door (level 1 of the building): that is not acceptable to deliver such a furniture out of client's house/flat and to let it on the pavement/public way.

Overall the couch and bed is comfortable and beautiful. Delivery experiences was awful.
Firm for delivery gave me a delivery data via WhatsApp messaging, then the day before the delivery date they insisted on coming even though I was not available. I had to cut short at work and come back home because they said we will be there at 5pm. And then they came at 8pm! I tried to cancel and they said if I cancelled I cannot get the couch because they have deliveries in Germany and they need to move on!

This company really stands out for its excellent and refreshingly friendly customer service, their high quality products and their brilliant website. For a customer, it is very helpful to have a clear visual of what you are buying as well as getting all the necessary information with it. The website is able to show you the beds in great detail and allowing you to select any additional options as you go through the process of buying. Very easy, clear and detailed, which is exactly what you need when you are buying a bed online.
The delivery was exactly as promised and the boxspring model we chose is beyond our expectations. It is clear that the entire bed is made of superior quality and putting the boxspring together was surprisingly easy (no tools needed). More importantly, it is so comfortable. Sleeping on a topper is new for us, so initially it felt a little 'soft', but we are already getting used to it. We also purchased a topper sheet and could not believe the beautiful satin feel quality. This all truly makes for a heavenly sleep experience and a better night's rest. So, even though it felt a bit of a risk to buy a bed online without having tried it, we are so happy that we did (plus the reassurance of trying it out for 100 days). The entire experience has been beyond our expectations!
