Completely useless, says they do custom dust jackets but there is no where on the website to do it.

Betterprint restored my faith in human nature. They made an error with my order and did a rerun at their own expense even though I was happy to pay. They were quick, efficient, polite and all round good eggs.

Better print made getting custom coffee cup sleeves printed a very low stress and comfortable experience. I was contacted by Zak when they needed info from me and nothing was printed until it had my absolute final approval. There was always room to edit the design if I needed to and emails were responded to very quickly! The printed sleeves arrived the day after being despatched which was wonderful and the quality of the sleeves was very good. A great experience, would definitely use them again!

Betterprint is an excellent supplier. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. The quality of the signs I ordered is excellent and the design created for me is really attractive. The price was very competitive and the signs were delivered on schedule. Every box was ticked. I will definitely use Betterprint again.

How to make printing easy! Designed and delivered within two days and a quality product. Website is so easy to understand and Damien is on hand with advice. A very personable company who I will definitely deal with again. This review only allows for a 5 star rating...they deserve a 10. Excellent

This company is just the best. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their bespoke advice is spot on for imagery and they know their stuff technically (sizes, materials etc). Customer service 10 out of 10 with a quick response and no up-selling. They actually 'like what they do' which is a rarity these day. Thank you Damien & Michaela.

Super helpful with my technical questions and need for a guaranteed delivery date, even when I struggled to get the artwork sent through on time. They went the extra mile. Quality of my 3000 booklets is just great.

Damien and the team printed 2 posters for me very quickly and did a lovely job. Brill customer service from everyone there. I will be using them again.

Ordered two types of business card and both were printed and delivered in 5 days. Great service without the long waiting time of the usual suppliers.

We needed some business cards for an event and had left it late to organise. Betterprint sorted them for the next day and they are perfect.

Cards are high quality and many choices to choose from

The website was easy to use and it was quite simple to design my desk pads, having never done so before. The product arrived a few days later and I was very pleased with the print quality and paper thickness. The only small downside was that the 'paper block' comes away from the cardboard backing sheet very easily which means that it won't stay slotted into my (and therefore my client's) Filofax or similar pad holders.

I PHONED BETTERPRINTNT AND WAS DELT WITH VERY EFFICENTLY AND WAS OFFERED REPLACEMENTS FREE OF CHARGE AND ARRIVED WITHIN 48HRS. EXCELLENT COMPANY AND HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WOULD DEFINATELY USE AGAIN.
