I got a legal and general policy…
I got a legal and general policy through them, they got my name wrong and i only found out through legal and general documentation. the 02035401860 no listed on their website doesn't work and there is no way to contact they except by emails. so far they haven't replied my emails.

Lewis was exceptional. He explained several options which we hadn't considered, laid out all the facts and figures. He then emailed a summary of what we had discussed and followed it up with a planned phone call the next day. Very impressed indeed with the service and the way it was delivered.

Professional staff service
The representative staff James Tucker is very patience and calm. He speaks very detailed and never has any annoying attitude or fed up gestures over the phone which I can tell the way he talks even I ask quite a couple of silly questions. Not like my previous experience with the person impatience and fed up to answer me. Overall I would highly recommended and keep it up James.
