The service provided by Lionel and Viv was nothing less than fantastic.
I required a quick turnaround of high quality, low cost trophies/mementoes. All issues were resolved by them and as a result I had 265 happy players!
The trophies I bought were of the highest quality and liked by all in the club

Not satisfactory
I ordered 4 trophies end of the premier league season for my companies competition.
2 came a size smaller and 2 were missing the engraving. I raised it and they said they will look into it, guess what, they are still looking into it.

This order was supplied as ordered. A copy of which is shown above. No engraving was requested on the two cups which were supplied un-engraved and charged accordingly.
Following this order we have amended our Company policy so that we now email any customer requesting un-engraved items to check that they have not simply forgotten to put engraving instructions into the system and would, in fact, like to have the items engraved.
A copy of this order, showing that engraving instructions were missing, was automatically sent to you at the time of ordering.
We aim for a 5 Star service every time and are grateful for feedback that helps us reach this goal.
Players said best trophies they had ever seen or received
A bit of a mix up with text message I received about date I was going to have them delivered but that was delivery company's mistake not Tower Trophies.
Trophies were excellent and of high quality for the price and the players told me they were the best Trophies they had not only received but also ever seen for Youth football.

Great quality products with great personal service.
Ordered my u-13 teams end of season awards with over 2 weeks to spare prior to presentation. Was starting to get worried as 2 days passed after the target delivery date, leaving only 2 days until presentation. Called Vivean who was excellent, explaining the delay and absolutely guaranteeing the trophies would be with me on time.
True to his word, the delivery arrived on the Saturday, a day before the presentation. Vivean even called me on the Saturday to keep me personally updated.
The trophies were of excellent quality, very heavy and solid, not like some of the cheaper ones often found and they were well worth the extra little bit more money.
I will definitely buy next season from this company.

Fantastic
Was looking for some trophies for my 8 year olds as a thank you for all there hard work, and came across Tower Trophies.
The website was easy to navigate and the prices were fantastic and I could get all the trophies engraved with a message and the boys names on it free, which you don't find on many other sites.
The trophies arrived in the time stated and were packaged brilliantly, and the trophies themselves were fantastic, and also you don't pay until you have received and checked the trophies.
I would certainly be using Tower Trophies again in the future.

Fantastic Service
I have used Tower Trophies for a couple of years now and have been very impressed on every occasion i have used them. They are very quick with dealing with the orders and the quality of the trophies and engraving is superb. I would highly recommend Tower Trophies to anyone wanting trophies, and i will continue using them for many years to come.

TERRIBLE, Order confirmed but never actioned
I placed an order for a salver by telephone with LIONEL. He said he would confirm it same day. He didn't. I chased by phone him a few days later and eventually got a confirmation by email. Deadline for order 1/6/15. Order placed 22/5/15. ORDER NEVER ACTIONED or received. Complaint sent by email to customer services. GUESS WHAT, NO RESPONSE to that either. Must have been Lionel handling it as well.
DON'T DEAL WITH TOWER TROPHIES
NB I used previous order number as Lionel never supplied one for new order, but sent an email instead

I am saddened that you have not received the level of service that we aspire to and constantly strive towards. Your complaint is justified and I can understand your anger, particularly as you had complimented us on our service during previous transactions and would therefore have expected better. You will see from the myriad of 5 star comments that precede your review that this situation is exceptional. Our web site has received an unprecedented amount of orders in the past two months and we are successfully despatching hundreds of fully engraved orders on a daily basis. That said we have been struggling to cope with the volume and a number of orders have been delayed, in fact, a small amount of customers have not received the full 5 star service that has contributed to our 35 years of growth. We are aware and very unhappy with this situation and are recruiting, training and investing in new systems as quickly as we are able to ensure that we are back on track and able to look after the dozens of clubs and leagues across the Country that are choosing to join us on a daily basis.
In your case we made a mistake and dealt with your email incorrectly - we have changed our system to ensure that it cannot happen again. Our apology is unreserved and if there is anything that we can do to redress the situation we would very much like to but, if our business relationship is beyond repair then we thank you, sincerely, for your support to date and wish you well for the future.
