I was looking for a particular car for my wife and I came across Better Value Cars of which I never heard of them. However, I have doubts on buying from a company that I never heard of because I had a bad experience in the past. I was very wrong! Better Value Cars proved to me that there are still some car stores that are honest. Paul, who facilitated the transaction from start to finish is very helpful and very accomodating. The staff there are very approachable and very friendly. They know how to sell cars and I genuinely think that they will never sell a car just for profit. They will see to it that their customers will get what they paid for. The car we bought from them is spot on and lovely, however, there was a slight issue on Aircon and contacted Paul about it. He immediately look at the problem and rectified it so quickly. It is the best "aftersale" service I have experienced and the fact that they are not the big name garages that I usually know. Better Value Cars restored my trust at least to some garages. Honest, genuine, accomodating, and top customer service: these are the things that define this company. I will definitely use Better value cars when it's time to change my car. Again thank you very much Paul.

Better value cars supplied brilliant service on getting me a car I wanted, I went to view a car they had but wanted a different colour, one of the staff Paul was quickly on the phone finding me a car I wanted and within a few days they provided me with the exact car I wanted!
I will be dealing with better value cars again when I’m ready to upgrade my car!

Excellent service from the team at better value cars. I went in with a specific car in mind that had all of the mod cons on it! In total the guys spent a few weeks looking out for a car for me, and kept calm as I was being very picky throughout! Paul was in constant communication, sending me pictures of different options throughout the whole process!

I would definitely recommend these guys if you want a quality car, give them what you want and they will find it! They found me my dream car that met and beat my expectations. I will definitely be using these guys in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Absolutely incredible company. I am a massive fanatic of motorsports especially BMW. With several connections and ties to different car dealers/companies etc I’ve never experienced a service like better value cars- they kept me sane through a stressful course and sorted everything within a meticulous time frame. I enquired about a car, and drove away in it 2 days later. Not to mention, I got a fully spec’d M2 at an extremely cheap price- they made hardly anything on it they just wanted to make sure I was happy. Customer service is a key factor for them, and I’m more than impressed. The car didn’t have one single scratch on the paint work (not even stone chips) and the alloys were perfect. Brand new EVERYTHING including recent services. There’s not a single fault I could give. I feel I’ve made good friends for life and will never go to anyone else now.
I also travelled 480 miles just to get to them they’re that good- aka Glasgow.

For a first experience buying from a dealer it couldn’t have gone better. The car was top spec. I requested a few alterations to suit my preferences, which was no trouble at all. They got it all done for me in the space of two and a half days and at no extra charge! Lewis the owner was great as the car was within my budget and he was happy to fulfil my requests. Paul the manager was fantastic as he was always on hand to help with anything and worked hard to get the car how I wanted it. When I got there to pick the car up both Lewis and Paul were very welcoming, offered us drinks and made us feel very relaxed, the environment was great with no pressure at all! My car wasn’t quite ready when I arrived so we were able to play some pool and watch TV in the room next door until it was ready. Once ready I was able to test drive it and then do the paperwork after. Paul happily answered all my questions and was very sociable with us right until the moment we drove away. All in all, a 10/10 experience for me and I am still in touch with Paul now, which shows that you’re looked after throughout the whole process and beyond. They’re not salesmen, they’re genuine people. This is the first place I will look when I decide it’s time for a new car!

Picked up my new car today from these guys today after losing my previous one to flood damage last weekend.

It was honestly a breath of fresh air after having been to many dealerships the day before. We felt like we were given our own space to look at cars without being rushed or badgered by any of the usual salesman tactics. We were dealt with by a gentleman named Paul and another gentleman who's name we didn't catch, both of them couldn't do enough for us! Lovely people, great service and an excellent deal on my car today. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning! 👍🏻

Honestly could not recommend Better Value Car’s enough!! I went to the garage with all my requirements I wanted within a car and they suppressed all expectations. In Less than 48 hours Paul had sourced me my dream car which wasn’t by any means easy due to my fussy nature!!I No problem was to big or small for these guys customer service is absolutely amazing! Thank you again! Will definitely be returning in the future!

My son(a mechanic) and I went to see it in the garage.we took it for a test drive. Just what I wanted. No hesitation.....bought it.
Lewis and Paul from the garage were very helpful.
My husband and I.and son and daughter-in-law are all set now to do the London/Brighton run in May. Looking forward to the challenge.
