Left stranded
February 7th 2026 requested roadside assistance. Been a member since April of 2025. Received a text accepting my request. 13 minutes later received text saying unable to provide will be looking for other providers. Over the next hour phone calls and texts back and forth... Left me stranded. ..
February 7th sent an email to the company with my dissatisfaction. Feb 9th received an email back explaining they would be looking into it.
Today is February 23rd 2026. I have not heard back from anybody.
When I signed up back in April 25th I told them I live in a very rural area and I was concerned that it could be an issue and he said absolutely not it will not be an issue do not worry. I did not worry and maybe I shouldn't have gone with them..
I am 77 years old to disabled woman.. This should never have happened to anybody never mind someone of my age.
If you live in a highly populated area maybe you might get service but I would really think about it and look for other alternatives other than them.
