You know how i learned that Betty can close your account just because you win too much?? iGaming Ontario told me. The parent company that they license with literally told me that they can do this
When i called iGaming i was calling to put in a complaint that isnt even related to this topic but the representative i was speaking to informed me of it during our conversation. So clearly the reply from Betty is bull.

Shouldnt be surprised. They have no real policy, refuse to review any case matter and truly do NOT value your loyalty as a player. Absolute horse sh!t customer service. If you do play on Betty, you better hope you don't experience any issues with your account at any point. That's the REAL gamble. And you better not talk too much with their Live Chat, especially about having any dissatisfaction with a game, a feature , or questions about their bonuses. They can block you for it without warning and they won't be bothered to listen to you after that no matter how long you were a member.

Heres how i recieved a sudden 6 month restriction despite being a high Diamond rank player:

All i did was talk a bit too informally and playfully with rhe customer service rep, this was what i said to them:

"Can you check if i have any unfinished games? Thank you. Oh lol also, can i get any free spins? Im a bit broke at the moment LOL and the betty wheel has been giving me such small amounts recently~ lol"

I was asking for free spins half jokingly, and half in case there was any promo deals or unclaimed bonuses i didnt know about.
And when i said i was broke at the moment, they took that literally and disregarded the context in which it was said and - without warning , explaination or a chance to explain my self, or even asking any further questions - put a 6 month restriction on my account. And sent me off with just some "mental health and addictiom" resources. Laughable.

Ive repeatedly tried to explain to them that what i said was not literal and that this was way too harsh of a punishment over a simple joke. I told them i am not broke. I called iGaming Ontario to file a player complaint (which i did end up doing via email) and over the phone they said i should ask them for an assesment from their Responsible Gaming team. I asked for this and a for any formal review, stating id co-operate in any assessment and answer any questions in regards, provide my finance information, whatever was needed to prove to them that i was not in financial distress and that they were misunderstanding what i had said.

They just refuse by giving me the same old re-phrased email again and again that - basically - just says no because they cant be bothered to do any actual work. Very lazy and they clearly dont care about their so called valued players. I was pretty high rank on their site too, i used it often and loved it. Clearly the feeling was not mutual.
Then i come to this website to.find a review from some other player whos the same rank as me who had a similar case as mine, got restricted for the same thing as me and yet they recieved only a 3 month restriction. I asked Betty how 6 months was decided for my case and what basis or criteria do they detemine lengths for cases of restriction. I told them surely there must be some wrotten document or policy they cite considering how seriously they claim to take these matters. Again, nothing.
They cannot be bothered in the slightest.

So just be warned. They can close your account if you win too much. This is true and even iGaming Ontario confirmed this.
They can also restrict your account access based on whatever they feel without any assessment. If you deposit too little amounts they might think you're broke and restrict you.
It's a good website, until it's not.
