I’m sorry to hear your order still hasn’t arrived.
You had contacted us, we confirmed your order had dispatched and provided you with tracking. We explained that we have to give Royal Mail 10 working days before a parcel is classed as missing. This takes us to 6th March (which is tomorrow).
We totally understand your frustration, but unfortunately until 10 working days have passed there is nothing we can do and this is totally out of our hands.
Please update us by end of day tomorrow if it still hasn’t arrived, via instagram or live chat.

You'll be hard pressed to find someone who makes more beautiful, perfect bows! I have brought a huge amount from Betty Brown Boutique, close to 4 figures spent and I don't regret a single penny! I just keep coming back for more, as it's a never ending pit of beautiful bibs and bows! the TikTok lives are just the most amazing thing, such a friendly warm chilled atmosphere, with no pressure to buy, plenty come just for the community vibe, the best bows by the best lady, I won't go anywhere else, my daughter deserves the best, and she gets that here!

Poor customer service
Lovely bows and packaging however customer service was poor. I received a bow was damaged at the seam and I was told this is fine and I just need to readjust the bow to hide it. I was told I could return the item for a refund but I would have to pay return postage. It’s not worth me paying to return the item due to the cost of the bow.
