The recent experience with a supervisor with the 3400 Department at BETUS has been particularly disappointing. This is not the first time I have encountered rude customer service, with this particular supervisor and it has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. (K)’s behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the VIP treatment that BETUS promises. His actions have prevented me from making a deposit, and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. If all supervisors were as professional & helpful as supervisor C , BETUS would undoubtedly provide top-tier customer service. Supervisor casino host C definitely tries helping & making the experience better especially after tough losses. However, I am uncertain about the reasons behind K’s recent behavior. Perhaps he could benefit from a vacation or some time away from his responsibilities.

Have to leave a 1 star after playing here for years and being diamond level. First off, they give a small bonus for even leaving a 5 star review which will skew the true rating, but that’s another issue. I closed my account today permanently. I had to talk to about 10 different people and was hung up on twice just trying to accomplish this. The reason for closing it: a wager was placed and the game was delayed. So I did an early cash out and took $130 back of my $150 bet. I then wagered that $130 on another game and won. Took those winnings and made two more wagers that also won. All three bets were then marked as cancelled and my account moved to negative -$20 balance. I was advised the early cash out match was misgraded and maybe have already started. Here is the funny part, the early cash out wager actually won anyways. So to sum it up, they gave me $20 less than my bet back on a game that hadn’t even begun. Paid me for three more bets that won. Then voided it all back out stating wagers were made with money I should not have had even though I should have whether an early cash out or I let the wager ride since it did in fact win. Their solution is to create a ticket for the first wager which will not fix the next 3 they cancelled. Also offered compensation bonus with a 30x rollover. Do yourself a favor and play on any other site. If you can’t use betmgm, draft kings, or fanduel then try bovada.lv

It is absolutely ridiculous that ppl who play off of their $25 bonus, have to not only clear their bonus money into real cash (unsure of what this rollover is, but it takes a while), but then have to play through 20 X THE AMOUNT!!!!!

I saw an add on Instagram from an instagramer I respect about betUS. I wanted to try it, I thought I was in good hand with that site. Then, after registering, there was a complicated verification process but once I got though I was happy with the site for about a year.
Then, when I want to withdraw my 3100$, it becames so complicated. At first, I can’t find the withdrawal button on their site. I need to contact chat to find it. (It’s well hidden) Then, I can’t withdraw, they ask me to call them.
I’m talking to 3 different persons who doesn’t seem to know what’s going on and who are not professionnal at all. The last one accuses me of prosecuting the company. Then tells me they had the wrong account. They say I can’t withdraw because I have not finished the verification process, which I did when I created the account. It just seems shady all around

Just told me the deposit the bonus was 100 plus 7.50 credit card fee . I was on the phone with my bank trying to get the transaction to go through and my bank said they charged me $119 dollars . I write a review 4 or 5 days ago and then a Betus employee tells me to reach out to them. Exactly what I expected. I got on their chat, called them, and sent direct message and have not heard a word. Whoever commented on here from Betus doesn't seem to believe that every word I have said on here is true. Betus cares nothing about loyal players. I am done this time. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I was told I would get my payout in 24 to 48 hours on October 7. It is October 12 and I still haven't received it. Bet US agents lied and said it would be expedited in an hour on October 11.

Absolutely the worst online casino. Sent in proof of identification multiple times to prove I have one account. The customer service manager is not a bright woman, but very sassy.
