I started playing here 4 years ago and while I liked it at first it was never able to become my favorite because of their payout process. When using crypto, it is advertised that payment are quicker and easier. This is not true. Compared to sites like Bovada and Ignition, betus is in the Stone Age. The bonus rollover is something ive never seen before, playthrough not once but twice. They give you a $25 dollar chip, you have to play through $750, which is typical. Once it's released to your account you then have to play through 30x more. Today a $25 bonus turned into a $2500 playthrough and when I called to see what the heck was going on I found out that $100 was the max cash out. When asked if I could use it as normal cash I was told that I would need to cash it out and then redeposit in order to play for more. This is a direct violation of their own rule of recycling funds. Second reason not to play here is that once they have your phone number they will relentlessly call offering deposit bonus specials. The reps are pushy and offer programs that have tiny print in order to take advantage of. The insurance program was a joke. Supposedly if you deposit and lose enough this program is supposed to give you a big cash back feature, the only catch is you have a very small window of time to request it. They don't mention that, in fact they make it sound like it's an automatic feature. when I asked about it after being frustrated by the slow play, I was told that I missed my chance to request it. normally sites grow and get better with time. Not this one. Maybe the frequent leadership rollover has something to do with it.

I’ve been with Betus for over 20 years in for the most part, I didn’t have any issues until most recently where I was issued a bonus one a small amount of money in the amount was never credited to my account. I called customer service and they told me to send screenshots of the actual game, which I did multiple times after repeatedly them telling me that they had to review it review it review it I just gave up. It’s not the amount that’s really getting to me. It’s the back-and-forth you have to Go just to get funds that are due to your credit to your account. I’ve been playing with them for over 20 years thousands of dollars if not tens of thousands of dollars I have played with them and it’s always some small amount that they make it so hard for you to get there’s so many other books out there and they don’t cause any trouble that absolutely cater to the player and do the right thing. It’s really really sad. I close my account today. Never going back zero stars.

I was depositing quite a bit at this casino for a little while. Noticed that when I would request to pay out, it took a ridiculous amount of time to even just get approved. I stopped using the site. Then I got an email one day with a $20 chip. I played the $2000 play through and even got a notification while I was actually playing stating that my playthru has been met. I talked to a live agent asked to see if I was good to request the pay out. The live agent told me that I was good and even gave me a link for a payout request. I made the payout request. Got an email back saying that there was a secondary payout of another $1400. When depositing money, and even then it being hard to get a payout is ridiculous. This was confirmation that it’s definitely a scam. I can’t imagine how many people they rip off this way. Having account managers and and live agent support may make it seem like it’s a legit casino but it’s not. Don’t let them fool you. I spoke to my account manager about the situation and he stated that the live agent I spoke to was from the wrong side of the casino. Smh don’t let them fool you. I do not recommend this casino at all.

I dont recommend. Please be aware that to withdraw your money you will need to have at least $100 as a balance according to Milo the account manager. Another person told me that that is not true, that I can withdraw the money with no limit balance. I don't trust this company anymore. Please be careful anyone. who use this company.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with these people, they do pay out, never had an Issue until today. Kentucky derby, a horse gets scratched day of race, same day the wagers were placed. Instead of voiding bets on the scratched horse they keep your money and say they can’t do anything. Call em get nothing but foreigners who don’t give a shit cause it ain’t their money. Lost a long time customer who has “donated” thousands to them over $60. Jose is the reason for this write up. Scam. Don’t deal with these shiesters go elsewhere.

I won $2,500 and they will not pay it out because I used a card 6 months ago that I no longer have because my wallet was stolen and on top of that it was 6 months ago and I closed that account so now they're denying the $2, 500 payout that I requested. Last year the winning on slots was decent. This year just constant losses. You rarely hit a bonus. I am done playing here there are better sites out there.

Significant issues across the platform; - Login process. Multiple times login page will repeatedly open and close. Bonus chip values. They say your awarded a $100 chip towards casino play. The actual value deposited $50 to $25. Casino slot play - constant "server connection" issues which costs you all built up coins going towards your Hold and Spin Bonus play. Slots not paying - you see a winning row...no money is deposited. But the most concerning issue is their Sports Book. You win your bet, check your account and you find the bet was registered as a LOSS! In one instance I waited to see if their system would correct the error. 15 minutes went by....no correction...I had to contact player support to ensure I was correctly paid...! Inconsistent, possibly unethical. Definitely not consumer friendly. Terrible choice for wagering and getting payouts. Seem to make up rules as they go now to only benefit them and break from past precedent. You might even get several different answers to the same question. I’d look elsewhere

Do not and I mean do not use them they are a offshore site and when you win they will make you jump through 100s of hoops to get your money back and go in circles and when you get mildy frustrated and I mean mild they will suspend your account for failing to fallow guidelines and when you call them to reactivate it they will be very rude to you and at the end of the call say since your not understanding or your threading or making accusations that will fully suspend your account and take all your winnings.

BetUS gave me a 10.00 free casino chip. I looked very carefully on the email and casino rules. I could not find anything that applied to the promotion. So I played black jack and was taking my time playing. Moved the balance near 50.00. Today the chip and my winnings are no longer there. Customer service tells me the 7 day time limit was up and I didn’t satisfy a 200x rollover. Therefore I don’t get the winnings. Then they asked for a deposit.

Aside from the fact that they took my winnings, rollovers need to be fair. Already facing the odds being in the casino’s favor, you want me to wager 200x what you gave me to just to get the funds in my account. I wonder what the odds are you beat the house for 200x your money?
